2 shops connected owned by same family since 2015 when the Baker Family purchased the Fudge Factory making homemade fudge, then we added fresh local ice cream from Vanderwendes. Soon we expanded next-door and added gourmet coffee, açai bowls, fresh smoothies, and breakfast offerings such as fresh cinnamon rolls, doughnuts and avocado toast. For the last several years we were voted the best açai bowl in Sussex County for good reason. No shortcuts here! You’ll see our wonderful açai bowl creators using only the freshest ingredients most are sourced locally. Just like our coffee which is imported and roasted 20 minutes from our front door. We are located in the heart of Bethany Beach!

Really recommend this little store after a nice meal out on the boardwalk. Even if you don’t have a sweet tooth the shirts are dope and well-made. The ladies working were young and got flustered quite easily which led to us getting 3 large ice creams for the price of 1!

How about the “just a short walk off the boardwalk” down home style store front, locals running the shop spot called Three Blonde Bakers?
The fudge is great…all of it really. If you want good old fashioned, hand dipped scoops of ice cream, this is your spot. Vandewendes is proudly served, and they get some special flavors not generally found elsewhere (lemon anyone).
All the helpers work hard and are incredibly accommodating. Want a taste? Just ask.
I like candy/fudge/ice cream/etc. I don’t mind big chain shops per se, it’s just that I really like Three Blonde Bakers and why settle for an inferior experience when I can elevate my vacation indulgence?

Service was horrible and the fudge side wasn’t even busy! Ordered a LB of fudge (Snickers, Fluffernutter, and cookies and cream). Was given the wrong order. Asked twice if grabbed correctly and person swore they did. We didn’t have time to check since we had just ran in to buy due to no parking. We were given peanut butter and salted caramel. I hope whoever got our order enjoyed the ones I picked because they looked amazing.
My son claims the fudge tastes good so the food rating was from his perspective.

Specifically came here for the Vanderwende ice cream, but it was melted and stored improperly. This affected the quality and taste of this normally fabulous ice cream.
In the future I will only go to the Vanderwende original stores where the ice cream is fresh and delicious.

Fantastic place for a variety of treats right next to the beach. Fudge and ice cream are particularly good. Ice cream and fudge server Kate has just fantastic customer service. I recommend tipping her high.

This spot has a combination of coffee, smoothies, and pastries. They have good drinks and can handle a lot of people pretty well. There isn’t much seating inside so its best to get a drink and be prepared to walk around with it.

Crumb cake and croissants were excellent. It took a little effort to find the entrance since it is located on an ally perpendicular to Garfield Ave. and there is little signage.
