Wendys count your days lol. I got a salad, baked potato, chili, and some frostys. The issue at hand here here is the dusty musty and crusty potato. It was dryer than the Sahara desert. Like I know that potatoes was sitting there for god knows how long. My poor bf even tried to put butter on it but hellz nah he took one bite and was disgusted. I should’ve taken a video so y’all could hear the paper mache texture on this tater. Tsk tsk tsk. If he gets sick I blame this dehydrated potato. Everything else was aight.

Ordered Wendy’s single hamburger meal. My french fries were cold and hard. My hamburger had tomatoes and lettuce that tasted old and were rotten. The meat was cold. The bun was cold and it tasted like it had been microwaved and left out for hours. The meat was crusty and smelled.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with the customer service at this location. It seems like they make up their own rules and enforce them however they please, without any regard for customer convenience. I placed three mobile orders, but since the dining room was closed, my only option was to go through the drive-thru. However, I was told that they have a policy of only allowing two drive-thru orders per car. How does that make any sense when the dining room isn’t even open?
When I asked the manager for an explanation, she simply told me that I would have to go through the long drive-thru line again to pick up my third order. This was extremely frustrating because the line was moving slowly, with each car taking around 10 minutes. I explained that by the time I got back through the line, my other food would be cold, which would completely ruin the meal. Instead of offering any kind of solution or even showing a bit of empathy, the manager rudely slammed the window in my face.
I have never experienced such poor customer service before. There was no willingness to help, no attempt to accommodate the situation, and no respect for the customers. If they are going to enforce policies like this, they need to have a better system in place—especially when the dining room is closed, leaving customers with no other option. I will not be returning to this location, and I would not recommend it to anyone who expects even the bare minimum of decent service.

I recently visited Wendy’s Place and was so impressed! The service was friendly and quick, with staff who made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful—especially their crispy chicken nuggets and decadent milkshakes. The atmosphere is lively and clean, with a perfect balance of energy and relaxation. It’s the ideal place for a casual meal with loved ones, and I always leave feeling satisfied. Wendy’s Place has definitely earned its place as one of my favorite fast-casual spots!

The food and service was great. However, this is what I got when we got home and I ordered 5 meals. I understand that you’re busy but, it’s not like I’m asking for free food. I paid for my meals and I expect to have it full. This seems to happen a lot when placing a big order. Not acceptable! I’m not driving down to get free fries (it’s what they ALWAYS offer) management needs to make sure crew members are filling these how they should. I feel like when you fall and complain they don’t care. I’m not asking for my money or free food, just make the order right! I’ve worked at fast food and I would not send this out!
