I was in Daly City for Anaconda John’s Winter Rub-O-Rama Long Shot Derby at the Carol Doda Pavilion, and had time for an amazing Wendy’s burger before I had to drop off the 5 gallon drum of Triple XXX Man Lube for the Long Shot contestants.
I’ll tell you ..Wendy’s burgers are so far ahead of those others it just boggles the mind why they aren’t in the number 1 position, but I guess it’s a good thing otherwise the lines would be out the door! I got a Spicy Bacon Cheeseburger with Tater Tots, and as always…it was so amazing I went back to the counter for another!
Always a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ experience!

I love this Wendy but some weird people come here. I wish there is no music so I can do my Bible reading but the music is generally nice and soft. I am sorry that a car run into their property recently. I just come here to support by buying something.

Well, we stopped by Wendy’s to get their new triple berry Frosty.
The picture has the ice cream coming out the top of the cup but when you order it, the ice cream doesn’t even overflow, but I think it taste pretty good.
So if you don’t mind getting less than what the picture looks like you should be ok.

The food was regular Wendy’s food, but I went through the drive through and there was only one person in front of me. The whole process of ordering and getting food took about 30 minutes and my food was incorrect. It took about 10 minutes for the person in front of me to give their order (not sure whose fault that was) and one minute for me to give my order. It then took about 15 minutes for the person in front of me to get their food and it looked like they only had about 3 or 4 sandwiches. It then took about 5 minutes for me to get my hamburger which was incorrect as it had cheese on it even though I asked for no cheese. I will not be going to this Wendy’s again.

The workers here are stealing money. I ordered a combo meal, an order of nuggets, and a cold brew. The woman gave me 2 straws and only the cold brew then said I never ordered the soda. She charged me for what I ordered. Never gave me a receipt and then wanted to charge me another 4 dollars for a large soda. Also the fries and burger I got were COLD. Audit your employees at this location ASAP

Food is wrong or missing ingredients. Fries are mush. 2 chocolate swirl shakes were both vanilla, my JBC had zero bacon.
It has the correct order on my receipt but clearly Wendy’s doesn’t gaf about training or paying staff well. Obv this is just fast food quality now and it’s all really bad. I should just go buy frozen food and reheat it at home since it’s all made in the same factory anyway

The manager at this Wendy’s today around 12:00, matter of fact the whole staff is very rude no customer service and very bias. I work hard and I come here to try to get a little something to eat and I don’t expect to be treated like trash. The lady was yelling at me because I asked for a sauce after purchasing a whole meal, they never gave me a sauce for my nuggets so I asked for one and she said I had to buy something which I already did. And then she called me a racial slur in Spanish like I don’t understand what mayate mean. I would never come to this place again I don’t feel safe and if I had it my way I will close it down.

Haven’t been to the place in awhile, and they have cleaned up and have better staffing. Food was hot and beverage was cold. Service was great and fast.
