Wendy’s always has am awsome nostalgia vibe to it for me. I liked the food well enough, but the problems including getting orders wrong and taking a long time is still a problem. They definitely focus on the drive through customers.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY PLACE!!!!! Stay away from coming for dine in or even takeout ( you don’t even know what they do in the back with the food ). First restroom with broken wall. Ants on all tables. Disgusting tables with oil on them. As I’m writing this review, I’m about to throw up here. Just do not come here please. Health department needs to close this location immediately!

I didn’t receive an item so i called the store. the manager i spoke with got rude wouldn’t let me talk when spoken to, made me take the bus back to the store in the rain because they called me a liar, about the order that was given to me then called me a lier never told a lie about my missing item asked if I could get a refund and was told they wouldn’t do that because it was an online order and that there wasn’t anything they can do for me when I asked for the manager she hid at the drive thru and then had other employees tell me she wasnt there and to come back when a manger is available not the fist time I had this bad experience here but first one that got me mad enough to write down my experience here WORST WENDYS EVER.

I ordered 2 chicken burgers and a cheese burger. All three where smaller than my hand. The chicken burgers had a single leaf of lettuce and Mayonnaise, that’s it. All three burgers looked poor and unappetizing.

This was going to be a review of the manager but now the employee that gathered my order. I asked for A iced tea unsweetened with my meal with a single sweetener on the side because the pre-sweetened tea is way too sugary. After asking for One at the ordering menu and twice at the window he finally acknowledged I wanted to sweetener. He asked manager and told him they didn’t have any. First complaint was not having sweetener. My second complaint after I go and find a sweetener and mixs it into my drink i find out on the first sip they gave me brisk heavily sweetened tea…. undrinkable now.

Just got a biggie bag tonight and was very pleased, the lady at the intercom asked what kind of dipping sauce I wanted and said “ranch please” and then when I drove away there was actually ranch in the bag, also the chicken nuggets weren’t cold and they didn’t have that weird smell and taste it used to have, will def be going here more often
