Bad Portions they made Life Threatening Mistake I am writing this review as a serious warning to all parents, especially those managing a child’s medical condition. We visited this Wendy’s on Moreno Beach Drive and ordered a Kids’ Meal for my diabetic daughter, relying on the advertised portion sizes to accurately calculate her carbohydrate intake for her insulin dose.
What we received was not just a small portion; it was a dangerously negligent one. The amount of food was a fraction of what was advertised, making our carb count critically low and putting my child at risk for a severe medical emergency. I have attached a photo to this review so everyone can see the shocking discrepancy for themselves.
This is not about being short-changed on a few fries. This is about a fundamental failure in quality control that puts vulnerable customers’ lives at risk. When a family relies on your company’s information for the health and safety of their child, accuracy is not a suggestion—it is a life-or-death responsibility.
To the public: I urge you, do not trust this establishment with your family’s well-being. Do not give your money to a location that demonstrates such a blatant disregard for customer safety. Do not fund a business that cannot perform the simplest task of providing what it promises, especially when the consequences are this severe.
To the management of this Wendy’s: Your carelessness is inexcusable. You must understand that your actions have real, life-threatening consequences. We demand that you operate as a humane company, not one that gambles with a child’s health. If Wendy’s would like to contact me, I am willing to provide any information possible to help this establishment to help out other customers. And parents. Edited this review just to say that their silence speaks volumes and that they suck at their Customer Service. Don’t care about you. Just your money franchise owner is losing my business.

Update 4/2024
Came for breakfast at 7:44am on a Saturday. Both diningroom doors were locked. I had to call the restaurant and ask them to let me in LOL. Just know that is the main door is locked to the parking lot, try walking around to the drive thru side as there is another door that may be unlocked.

As a side not to the owner, please renovate your restaurant. Many booths and tables are broken. The tabletops are sticky and the carpet is pulling up from the floor. Your signage is old and should be digital.

Service has improved significantly at this restaurant with improvements on many of the issues I mentioned below. The drive thru continues to take a long time however.

As for the inside of the restaurant, it is in serious need of a makeover. Tables are wobbly or broken, seats or torn and the padding is destroyed, and it just looks and smells old and dirty. I would call it the fast food restaurant time forgot.

To the owner: please remodel your store. It needs it badly.

Long drive thru times. Food is not hot. Incorrect orders and un friendly service. Burgers look like an elephant sat on them and the bacon fries looked liked they were dumped on the counter and placed back in the container. One positive, the bacon tastes good.

These employees do not care about how the food looks any more. Presentation is everything.

Only one time my Lil Jr.Hamburger was undercooked.No Illness. That being said they are My Ol Reliable.I settle for The Jr.Burger and they see me often.I Love them and their fairly fair prices.In an ever changing economy of Ridiculousness and overpriced Products,Food,Services,etc. they shine.

The absolute worst service I had in a while. No welcome when we arrived, attitude from the attendant cashier in the front with the flat-top curl after I asked him to remake my fries bc I asked for well done fries. The place was a disaster. Dirty dining room area. The tables are never wiped down nor the seats. I seen someone sneeze on the table and after they left the staff only cleaned off the large item and they never wiped it down. Terrible customer service and cold food. Don’t come here!!!

Very easy to use the app, you have the option to pick up inside, curbside or drive thru. Drive thru pick up was efficient and staff is very friendly. Offers are good so download the app. If you have T-Mobile, you also have opportunities within the T-Mobile Tuesdays app to get deals every now and then. Food was well prepared and the pineapple mango lemonade is delicious recommend their lemonade.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst location I have ever been to. Whoever is in Charge of this Store needs to seriously reevaluate their management and employees. They randomly close whenever they like during posted store hours so I never know if they will actually be open or not. And surprisingly this was from my most recent visit. A bug baked into my potato which is clearly visible and tells me that they do not wash these before preparing them. I have also tried contacting them multiple times to make them aware of the incident and no one answers the phone there. Take your business elsewhere until this store is inspected.

They wouldn’t give me my frostie cause they would not take a 50 dollar bill I walked next door to del taco ordered food and a shake even though I wasn’t hungry so that wouldn’t happen and guess what they said the same thing can’t have my food shake cause they can’t take a 50 dollar bill..
