Do not use their mobile ordering and pickup. They need training or more knowledge of how that service works. Told me I need to get out of my car or go through drive through to let them know I ordered through mobile so they know I’m there and then they’ll begin making my order. I sat in there “Mobile pick only” designated park ( imagine that) pushing the “Im here” button on the app and they never knew I was there.

It is a fairly new location for Wendy’s here in the high desert. It is fresh and clean and everybody was nice as far as the crew I 1st stepped in to wash my hands and noticed the bathrooms were clean however there was no toilet paper or paper towels I asked the Crew member that walked by if he could get me some paper towels and/or just let him know he said yes but then started ringing up customers so I walked away and just dried them on my shirt place an order for me and my friend. We got a couple of $5 meals everything was fresh in my opinion the burgers are very tiny but what do you expect for $5 it filled us up and we were on our way all in all the location gets 5 stars in my opinion as it’s very clean and it’s very new and everybody was very nice and the food was perfect nothing was wrong

..this location always takes too much time the quality of food here just isn’t good in comparison to other Wendy’s locations. It always takes more then 20 mins to get a kids meal and a #2 combo but that’s just my experience with this location..

While it did take a bit of time for us to receive our food, it’s understandable as they are REALLY understaffed, and sometimes people don’t see that and give the employees a hard time.

I went there specifically because the McDonald’s down the street something was wrong with her iced coffee and it tasted terrible so I went here to get an iced coffee and hamburger before I started work. I asked the drive-through person which Burger was a full sized burger with all the toppings. She recommended one which was 5.99. not only was it extremely tiny but it had the tiniest piece of lettuce on it that I’ve ever seen so I went back inside the store to ask for more lettuce and she looked at me like I was crazy and when I asked her was this a normal sized hamburger because it seemed like a child-sized she said it was the normal size so I told her for 5.99 that was ridiculous. I don’t know what I’m going to do it seems like the food everywhere is getting more expensive and the quality is going down the drain we guess it’s all about cooking home and take it with me.

Came around 9 a got just a burger an it was so plain like no flavor what so ever..very burnt bacon too smh. Also the night crew were so rude a just didn’t have customers service at all.
