Went in tonight. Got some frostys a Dave’s single and a nugget kids meal for my daughter in drive thru. Got home and one of my kids nuggets had a bite taken out of it. Had to throw out her meal. Gross. First time this has ever happened

Wanted to dine in for a quick bite. Right away we went to the kiosk & didn’t see the chicken tenders on that menu. My Bf went to the counter to ask one of the 5 people surrounding the drive through & fry area how to find the chicken tenders on the kiosk. My bf says “Excuse me” first the Shift Leader/Supervisor looked straight at him & continues to serve some fries, my bf said “Excuse me” again, & she again looks at my bf then tells one of the guys they have a customer at the front. He looks at us, then proceeds to walk the other way. Another worker walks in front of us, my bf “excuse me”, the girl looks at us & keeps walking. Finally the Shift leader or whatever she was turns to us & says “Someone will be with you”. Mind you, all we had was a simple question. All 5 people that were walking back & forth between the drive through & fries ignored us. We weren’t being rude or anything. We said forget this & walked out. I know how it is to work in the fast food industry, but I also know it doesn’t take much to tell your customer “ Give us a minute, someone will be with you shortly”. Or something along those lines, but for every person to look at us then ignore us was the lowest customer service ever. If the boss ever wants to check their cameras to confirm their horrible customer service check for today’s day Oct.19 about 6:40-6:45pm. Your team sucks. Can’t even give a split second to your customer.. Smh. We still wanted Wendy’s, so we drove 15 minutes away to the next one. Way better customer service. I’ll leave them a good review, they did what this Wendy’s couldn’t. lol.

The 2 men working the morning of 9/06/25 were amazing they helped me with my car and I told the guy working the drive thru. That I have an order I’m going to pick up, he asked me the name on the order. I figured he would have had it ready for me in the drive thru. But no he went beyond and brought my order out to me. I am on dialysis and have never had such wonderful service, they both need a raise for being such gentlemen. That ladies and gentlemen is not taught, that was how they were raised. Kudos to the parents of these wonderful young men. You should definitely be proud!! Because of them I will continue to eat at Wendy’s I wish I had gotten their names. Because I can’t express the type of gratitude these gentlemen offered me. God bless you two gentlemen!!

Was there yesterday, dinning area was very filthy tables were dirty. Looked like they we’re cleaned by a dirty rag. New girl helped us out she was great but no one would help her. Male saw her struggling walked by and did nothing. There is no communication between team members. Order was taken correctly but somehow still managed to mess the order up.

I decided to have a late lunch at Wendy’s. They were offering the two for $6 promotion. I asked for two Dave’s Single’s. It’s difficult to describe just how delicious, mouthwatering, and juicy it was. Everything was cooked to perfection.
I would definitely recommend the Dave’s Single’s, keeping in mind that not all Wendy’s are created equal. But this Wendy‘s is definitely a five star.

These workers are fast food workers for a reason. Simple instructions and they can’t follow them. I ordered regular chicken nuggets and received all spicy nuggets and not a single sauce.
