Was there yesterday, dinning area was very filthy tables were dirty. Looked like they we’re cleaned by a dirty rag. New girl helped us out she was great but no one would help her. Male saw her struggling walked by and did nothing. There is no communication between team members. Order was taken correctly but somehow still managed to mess the order up.

This is the rudest Wendys I’ve been to. Some of them have the worse customer service. There were 2 young men that were nicest. I ordered a doubstack plain with no cheese. I get it with cheese, I saw him put in the system no cheese. I believe he might be the lead. I take it back, he tells the other employee “no cheese” and she makes it again with cheese!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The employee taking the order rushed through, got it wrong, and had a very dismissive attitude. I asked for sugar and she waved her hand instead of addressing me. Staff seems to hate their jobs, they had a complete lack of team vibes. Tables and floor were dirty. No cups set out to get ketchup. Honestly, do not eat here. It shows that management is lacking initiative. Scared to even use the restroom.

The food is good and fresh but the manager needs more extensive training on customer service skills and then needs to pass on what she learns to her employees. Because when I walked in I stood at the counter for almost 5 mins while 2 employees AND the manager all looked at me but did not welcome me to their restaurant or acknowledge me in any way.

I ordered the Baconator and they didn’t even give me a Baconator Jr they gave me this tiny burger with 1 piece of bacon tiny thin meat and no ingredients dry flavorless. JUST MOVED HERE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I’VE HAD SOME FROM OTHER WENDY’S THAT WHERE HUGE, SINCE THIS HAPPENED I HAVE NOT GONE TO ANY WENDY’S AND PROBABLY NEVER WILL AGAIN. AND THEY TOOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES TO SERVE AND THER WAS ONLY 1 OTHER PERSON.

This problem has gone on for at least 6 months at the 17375 Main Street, Hesperia, CA 92345 location. I drive-thru today 03/03/2023 in the morning to order a simple hamburger and can’t get one until after 11am. I don’t want breakfast as I am allergic to eggs. I like burgers! What’s wrong with that? Yet when I have visited this location before, the manager had told me Wendy’s makes hamburgers in the morning too, but I would just have to order and wait a few minutes longer. I have no problem with this! She told me that she would talk with the morning crew about this and this wouldn’t happen again. No problem, right? But the problem continues bc this same guy taking my drive-thru order tells me no hamburger orders until 11am, every time I order drive-thru in the morning. I tell him that I ordered burgers in the morning before, but he tells me we don’t do that anymore. This guy has said this to me about a dozen times now over the past 3-4 months. Only the drive-thru morning shift guy does this. No other Wendy’s within a 10 mile radius has done this as I have driven thru and ordered a burger in the morning. I thought the manager had a talk with the morning crew? Are the morning crew afraid of making burger’s in the morning? Are they against customer requests for a simple burger order? Does everyone have to eat eggs or sausage for breakfast? I just don’t get it. I didn’t want to raise a stink about this but no one is listening. So this morning I called Wendy’s Corporate. They took down my formal complaint. I hope this time the store in question will serve their customers better, or they will lose more and more customers due to “non-breakfast egg” people. Yes, human allergies to eggs is real!
