I used to enjoy eating here a lot after today I understand I made a mistake about that. I took out my contents of food items and found a dead bettle sitting at the bottom of my bag it was very disgusting to find that when I got home. I called the building several times to get my called declined or not picked up at all. I came back to the building immediately and asked for a new meal. Jose denied me of a meal and told me to call the same number that they didn’t pick up because he gave me the number of the building. The man I spoke to named Jose didn’t care about pleasing me or helping me out they looked at me as if I was someone who wanted to steal extra food when I was giving him the food back and asked for a replacement I ordered this online and couldn’t give him any receipt. If you guys truly care about your health think twice about eating here, if they could care less about my well-being what makes you think they’ll care about yours.

We ordered in the drive thru at this location on Baseline on 11/2 at 6:55pm and ordered 3 sandwiches, baconator fries, cinnabon, and 4 piece chicken strips. The drive thru person didn’t provide a receipt, we asked for 2 sauces for the chicken and a ranch for the fries and was told we had to pay 27 cents for sauce. Unbelievable for a $45 order. No napkins, no receipt, no ranch and definitely not friendly service. This just goes to show why we hardly get fast food anymore and we know which Wendy’s location to avoid now. We will not be returning.

The food here was pretty good, can’t really complain about anything. The employees were really nice, they didn’t rush me even though I had a line behind me. I got the 4 for 4 deal, which Is a really good deal, I got so full off of that little combo. The burger was the fries were really good. This place took a little long to give me my food but it was around lunch hours when I visited, so it was kind of expected.

Wendy’s is great! My husband absolutely loves their chili!!! I like the deals they always have. Plus I like the square burger on a round bun! Highly recommend!!

I ordered food online, they couldn’t see it on there side so I showed them my phone with the info that my order went through and they made my order anyway, but the dude who made my order got belittled and yelled at by some other lady working there. Then I ordered for breakfast, they gave me the wrong food. I went up to them and told them they gave me the wrong food, even showed them my order, but they refused to give me the correct food and kept saying it was different on there side and they are in the right. I’ll just have to make a complaint online and get my money back. I always use to make positive reviews here but they have gone downhill and are rude.

I don’t think I will be visiting this wendys ever again. First off my order was given to the driver ahead of me. Then the food was given back. When I got to the window they gave me my food supposedly. I was missin 2 items, had to re ask in the window, then get off my car and go back in. My 2 burgers I ordered were chicken sandwiches.. Meat in chili was not cooked all the way. Food was cold. Horrible!! I couldn’t even get straws. Yet they want to get paid more than $20 an hour.

When here for a quick meal. Restaurant was very quite and my food was ready super fast! I went to sit down and bam my food was done. Quality is always consistent at Wendy’s and my meal was hot. Number 6 is my favorite. Late lunch around 3:30.

They were working the drive-thru customers and left the inside dining customers wait a little while. Not the first fast food restaurant I gave seen doroom this,have to get those drive thru out in certain amount of time. Maybe I need to go through the drive-thru even if I am not in a hurry. Great breakfast though ,5 stars on that part,hot and delicious. WHEN DID I post this? Wow,the same thing again,they disregarded me at the counter,working the drive-thru to get them out in a certain amount of time,hope they have a good score.Because the service at the counter was disgusting,4 employees just looked at me,like go through the drive thru,do not bother us in our new dining
