I recently read that Wendy’s is closing 100 locations in the US, which is no surprise honestly. Most times the food is solid and it comes out fast, but the attitudes at this locations are crazy. We are all adults, i understand having a bad day but sheesh how many bad days can you have ? Asking for extra ranch and being met with attitude is a pretty shitty experience, and I’d say do better but actions like that are the exact reason your company is closing locations and I hope this one is next.

Wendys is still my go-to place for great fast food and good prices. I’m a fan of the Chicken Club and large Chili. Most stores continue to be open late, like this one. Thumbs up!

Who ever is working the fries station at lunch during the weekend needs to cool it down on the salt! They put way too much salt on the fries. I had to throw them away. Other then that, great food

My husband and I both had the apple pecan salad. The ingredients were fresh and the chicken was so flavorful. Leslie, your front counter employee (adorable) was very good at selling the cookies. We chose the oatmeal raisin cranberry cookies at her suggestion. Those cookies are just as she said… chewy, soft and delicious.

I went to get food for me and my disabled uncle Who needed to use the. Bathroom badly after driving 445 miles straight they refused and told him we had to order first before being allowed to use their restroom.. he was so embarrassed because he has no control over his bladder so He involuntarily urinated on himself..and they said well that is our policy no bathroom usage until you purchase… they finally allowed him to use the bathroom I went through the drive through but refused to spend money on a company that refused service to a disabled person they judged his appearance because he had no teeth and weighs only 98 pounds.. and that is disgusting customer service.. the lady at the window said if a elderly lady came in side pushing a walker and decided to use the restroom before ordering they said they would not allow her access until she ordered.. o found that the business should not be able to serve the public and Wendy’s in a whole lost my business

Stopped by since we had a medical appt nearby and needed a quick breakfast. Coffee was fresh, not too light or dark. I ordered a chicken biscuit (biscuit was fine. Chicken was a patty ,like any other chicken patty). Hubby got a side of the French toast sticks… he said it could’ve been better. Apart from that, the employees were nice, friendly, and helpful

Had a great experience! Food was made quickly. I was able to use my app to get some discounts. They were quick to tidy and clean up after customers who had left. I had a hard time juggling everything, and one of the workers brought my tray to my table. There was also a guy who was going around checking on everyone to make sure they were happy. One lady said her sandwich meat wasn’t crispy enough. They remade her sandwich, no problem, and asked her if that was better.

A sub par burger that they now want to charge for sauces (none included with your meal mind you). Would love to tell you more specifics of my meal but they didn’t even offer me a receipt.
