Very convenient location inside a truck stop, easy access to the 10. Clean bathrooms, staff were not that friendly but that’s not really part of their job- they weren’t rude. It took a little longer to get our food which was likely caused by ordering frostys on a hot day. The decor in this location was nice. Overall the experience was fine- not memorable but that can be a good thing versus being remembered for subpar service and bad food.

Traveling, on the road, and missed dinner time. Stopped off on the way and grabbed some burgers from Wendy’s, it’s one of our go-to fast foods. There’s something about getting exactly what you want, the way you want it, and with good quality ingredients. Nothing surprising and that’s a big plus in my book. I knew exactly what I had a taste for and my order was exactly that. Pretty much the definition of comfort food. We from hangry to content in the time it takes to down a double stack…made my way.

Horrible staff service. My boyfriend placed a mobile order at 2:15 am, and when he went to pick it up, the girl at the drive thru told him they were closed and said he needed to contact customer service to get a refund. He pulled over to use the chat, but customer service was unavailable, so he couldn’t even request a refund. When he went back to ask about getting his points refunded, the guy at the register was rude and dismissive and told him he wasn’t getting his points back and that they couldn’t make the order. The manager never came out to help btw. They ended up telling him he had to wait until 3:00 to make the food, even though the order was placed at 2:15. If you’re going to allow mobile orders that late, the system needs to match your actual store hours. Either fix the online ordering or stop telling customers you’re closed after they’ve already paid.

Don’t get there very often. Stop there on my way back from L.A . My double cheeseburger was absolutely delicious. Very fresh. The French fries weren’t the best. Of course I bought the frostee. The large now looks like a child’s cup. Not surprising seems to be the trend nowadays.

Manager Sydney was extremely rude. She would not take my order at the window even though I explained that it was raining really hard and rain was rushing in my car when I rolled down the window. She still claimed that it’s impossible to take my order at the window and I had to go back to the order spot. There was nobody in line behind me. I asked for a manager and she said she’s one of them. So I asked for someone else and she said there was nobody else. I said, she said Hector will be back Monday. Lol. This is ridiculous. Wendy’s needs to do better hiring manager’s. I could see there was nobody’s inside the store and nobody behind me. This was at 2:30pm. She clearly did not want to be helpful or even reasonable in this situation. I will never go back to this Wendy’s again. Zero stars for customer service.

I’ve been to the North Palm Springs Wendy’s several times, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, the drive-through was open but I was told they were only taking orders inside, which is inconvenient and confusing.
My order has been incorrect more than once, and staff and management often appear unprofessional, with employees talking among themselves instead of acknowledging customers. I was also charged for ranch dressing despite ordering a combo and requesting only one ranch.

This Wendy’s is located in a truck stop. They had speedy service even though they had a long line of people trying to order. The food was made nice and neat. Be prepared to wait in line a little bit because this is a travel center so travelers from everywhere stop here for fuel,shower and a warm burger.

This Wendy’s is inside a pilot truck stop at Indian Canyon in Palm springs The employees are friendly there they greet you right away as soon as you walk in stop by to get a biggie bag for $5. The atmosphere is normal It’s in a truck stop It’s nothing fantastic or to write home about but it’s there it’s necessary and it’s convenient.

Staff not courteous, co worker ordering food, while so starting to chat while I was waiting behind, after co worker order , cashier walked away like if I didn’t exit. So I opted to order pizza, never come to this place in the future. 12/10/25. @2:00pm
