I have been here many times and this time it was was even more enjoyable. It smelled fresh and inviting. The staff were very accommodating especially my waiter AJ. His mannerisms were very pleasing as noted by all of his tables around me. I enjoyed everything about it.

From the moment I walked in to let them know I was throwing my son a surprise dinner for a group of 25 people, Ms. Lissette was amazing. She immediately went to go see and discuss of where my party could be seated, within in 10 mins she has us a area in the back to where when my son walked in he wouldn’t know we were all there for his special day. Then upon seating Sebastian and Ellie our servers were so friendly and punctual. Making sure our orders were hot, correct and drinks refilled. Lissette was on it I showed her a picture of my son so she would know what he looks like so she could walk him back to be greeted with a Surprise greeting for his birthday. 5 stars for that. As everyone was leaving Jhanae the busser came out and asked politely if she good go ahead and start clearing the tables but also reminding us there was no rush. The whole experience was phenomenal and I had to go find the manager and brag about her amazing staff. Oh did I say this was my very first time ever eating at Oliver Garden, they gained some new customers. Ms. Megan was so grateful for the positive feedback and thanked me for allowing them to make my sons birthday dinner amazing.

Haven’t been to Olive Garden in years before this experience. I kept seeing all of the commercials about their new specials. The Atmosphere was absolutely terrible. We were sat in between two tables that were finished and the people at both tables were on their phones, both on speaker phone. The waitress was very good. We both had house salad and bread sticks. My husband said he really enjoyed his dinner. He had the trio. I had the stuffed chicken and enjoyed it. I am used to non-chain restaurants for the most part because I feel like most of the chain restaurants use a lot of premade/frozen foods.

I ordered to go via curbside. After waiting in the car until 10 minutes after I texted the parking space number in I then went inside. Then I realized they had one person running food to the cars and taking orders via the phone and in person. I watched as three employees stood at the bar talking as the employee at the to go desk took phone calls for orders and several walk up to order to go as well. Meanwhile the orders stacked up on the to go counter while nobody helped her and the curbside spaces filled it. The soup was water and the salad had to many giant chunks.

We arrived and our server was busy with a large party. He was polite and pleasant however he needs some training. We got our food timely though. We needed drink refillls and waited too long. The dirty dishes sat on our table while he cleared the table for the large party. We wanted to talk but had to have dirty dishes on the table until We left. The restaurant had a strong terrible odor as soon as when we walked through the vestibule and continued through to our area where we sat. You need to replace or strongly clean your carpets.

I went in last night around 8:15pm after work to place a to go order. I seen no management what so ever. Everyone i encounter was very casual about pace of service, long waits and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. I over heard employees talking about staff being behind on online orders and door dash, “they stated most likely the kitchen crew was back there playing around”. I canceled my order and left, no one assisted with trying to make it right either. But the words, playing, kitchen and food doesn’t sit well with me. I may try again but not at that time of night.

Decided to go herr for dinner on a rainy day and it was a good choice. Got a table quick, and a server eventually came over to take our orders.
Food was great as always and I really enjoyed the calamari. Highly recommend this place, even if the parking situation is odd.

Went to here 12/20/2025 at 6pm got my order, food was good. My check came to 20 something and gave my sever $40.00 And got 3 dollars back in change. Talked to the manager and he just wanted to give me a gift card. Mind you had to wait lil 10 minutes just to get my change. Please tea
