This Wendy’s is awesome! Customer service was a little slow because they were super busy behind the counter, but still super nice. It’s really clean inside and out, and the food wasn’t under cooked or over cooked, and the frostys were perfect!!

Beyond slow. Fast food is supposed to be fast. 10 nuggets, fries, and 1 small chilli turned into over 15 minutes of waiting AFTER placing the order. What is happening in the fast food industry? $20 an hour and service has never been worse

Only rating 1 star because I can’t leave it blank. This location is so nasty. From the attitude of the drive thru worker today to the food. Just straight up nasty. I ordered the Asiago ranch club & the sandwich literally came with a burnt chicken breast that looked like it was re-heated in a microwave, no bacon, no cheese, no ranch. All that& I literally waited 10+ minutes at the window. I got asked to pull forward to reset the order timer lol. Such a joke.

Drive thru window This location clearly doesn’t care about the customer. I ordered bake potatoe with sour cream and onions. Well the bake potatoe was burnt. So they tried to cover up the over cooked burnt potatoe with the chives. I never had this many chives on a bake potatoe from Wendy’s. Even after I added the the butter spread and sour cream it taste burnt. If I wasn’t so tired I would have taken it back. I also ordered Jr. Bacon cheese burger that came with chicken nuggets and fries. And a drink I ask the widow server how much are those cookies. She said $1.79 i ask her how many comes with that price she said 1 cookie. I said it must be a large cookie. She said no it’s not large at all she said her opinion is its over price and it doesn’t taste all that good for the price. I ask for my receipt because I didn’t get it when she gave me my change. When I got home it was not in the bag. I decided to not shop at Wendy’s any more because it’s to many places out there to eat that cares for there customers.

Very short staffed. Im here writing the review. Order for 2 people and im going on 20 minutes. Same homeless people in here just sitting at tables. Stopped going through the drive thru because of how long it took but going inside is even longer. Never had these issues at any other Wendy’s. I’d stay stay away from this one. I wont be coming back.

I usually review a place on my 3rd visit, this is my 3rd visit. The food has been amazing, until today. Crumbling dried out eggs and sausage in my burrito. It was weird, the cheese and tortilla were fresh, so the burrito was not sitting under a heat lamp too long. That means an employee intentionally tried to feed me that trash… Also, are the employees not allowed to say “hi”, “please”, or “thank you”? I was served by 3 different people on my 3 trips to this store and none of them said hi after I said hi… side note; it’s strange that half the menu items have bacon, but you can’t get a bacon egg and cheese burrito.

Did not get a receipt in the bag. The frosty was literally water, just completely liquid. The fries were cold. Half the lettuce in my salad was slimey and brown, a good amount of the apples were so old they were clear and bendy, and the chicken was rubber. But to top it all off my burger was so raw it was not pink but red in spots. My fiancé was so hungry they ate their burger without noticing if it was as well. Never received such a bad order from anywhere. $30 wasted and now I’m eating cereal.

I always get the $5 Biggie bag. 2 choices for the biggie bags. Double stack or jr. bacon cheeseburger. My choice is the JBC. Comes with nuggets, a drink, and fries for $5. Can’t beat that. Tasty too. Clean restaurant and friendly service!

Went last night and when I got ready to order in the drive thru, the employee started by saying we needed exact change and they do not accept Apple Pay. Great way to start, but whatever. Ordered and took the food home. See picture to see the one sliver of lettuce on the sandwich. This location is in chaos and the employees make it clear that they don’t like when you come to order
