Usually this location is fine but its 7am and they don’t have the inside open. I prefer to order inside and not through drive thru. Covid is over, there’s no excuses to keep the inside close and short staff isn’t an excuse either. It’s just sheer laziness

Food was hot and delicious. It was a freezing day and we wanted something warm to heat us up. The chili was excellent and when we asked for cheese and onions, WOW, didn’t disappoint on the cheese pull!! My only complaint was that the restaurant itself was freezing cold. Turn up some heat in that place.

Definitely recommend! My co-workers and I came here for lunch on our way to Tahoe. We were all surprised. The place is very clean. The workers are very polite, friendly, and professional. The food quality was excellent, and came out quite fast. Overall we were all quite impressed.

It’s been 3 times already that I’ve gone to Wendy’s to try to order a burger and this place has been out of lettuce for over two months. No signs specifying this lack of product. About 3 weeks ago I used the online order and I went to pick up my order, no lettuce again!!!. The online app does not specify that they lack this product. I understand but come on let the consumer be aware please. So I asked for my money back.. sure it was only $20 but it’s the principal of the matter! Liz one of the supervisors had very poor customer skills, she kept on rolling her eyes and had no knowledge on how to fix the issue. Liz said that she has nothing to do with the app so I needed to contact the app. She said this numerous times and she was the one upset. I was the one that kept on apologizing. I felt embarrassed for her and her ridiculous behavior. Was on hold forever there in front of her. No one ever answered!. Even called wendys corporate office and no one answered. Also left messages and no reply! I was not going to post this but it’s upsetting how no one is answers the phones! Been trying to contact both Wendy’s since the incident occur Carson City, NV and no answer!!! I asked Liz to get someone above her to fix the issue. Basically I fixed the issue myself. She called her boss, boss told her to refund the money. She did with an attitude and said that her, “drawer will be short”. What the heck! I obviously did not reply but I should of told her the same thing she told me, “I have nothing to do with you being short”. Did not want to go down to her level.

It’s always a hit and miss with Wendy’s locations but this one takes the crown. They greated us as we walked through the door. The food was hot and fresh. Such a breath of fresh air. It sure does make a difference, thank you!
