I just left I don’t come to Wendy’s I don’t know the menu the woman at the drive thru was getting irritated and she purposely gave us cold food which seem old and bad vegetables tomato’s rotten and lettuce. It was purposely done and it’s unacceptable want my money back $30.88. My husband was very unhappy he order large and gave him half filled fries we such were coke as well. I will be coming back just couldn’t turn around but I won’t forget!! Hire people who are patient and kind e we ho care. If I get sick I will be filing law suit.

Went through the drive thru tonight 11/26/25. Ordered a biggie meal, 2 kids meals…one chicken strips and one cheeseburger. Got home and the kids meal for the cheeseburger was missing the cheeseburger. Only things in the bag was french fries and the toy. Tried to call the store and only got voice mail, left a msg to please call me. I guess I can update if they actually call me back. Definitely not going all the way back there right now. That’s what I get for not inspecting every bag before I leave, but the line behind me was long and I was tired from working all day.

Food is great. But the customer service for the Friday night crew sucks. They’re not friendly whatsoever. The old women that seems to maybe be the manager claims to know her job, but when it comes to putting sauces in a bag she fails and then calls the customer a liar when asking for said sauces. Will not be going back for the weekend because of their chosen staff for those nights.

Very short line for drive thru. The employee that took my order was friendly and the food was ready quickly. Everything was still hot and my order was prepared correctly. This visit was for dinner, but I’m a regular at Wendy’s for breakfast, which is good food for a great price.

The food was fairly.good typical fast food. But I remembered why I don’t eat at any wendys anymore. The horror show that replaced sweet and sour sauce! Plz bring it back you can keep the nasty sweet Chilli filth but plz bring back the good stuff

I’m giving this review two stars because I asked the redheaded drive through a tenant for the.Receipt twice and then when I asked for napkins.And ketchup, he gave me attitude.Also, did not give me a straw, very poor job.I honestly don’t think he should work there. Drive through is a simple task.Take the money, give a receipt offer.Condiments and give a straw for your drink.Not that hard to do in my opinion.This dude failed miserably I would have sent him home.

I do not normally do these type of reviews due to the struggle businesses are having keeping employees. This was another level rude. I was there for two orders that came in. Those orders were sent to Wendy’s at around 11:28pm. They accepted those orders and were paid for. I arrived at 12:00am. There was a sign on the speaker written in a pen that I could not read due to the handwriting being so very bad and it read “Closed 12am due to low employees.” The manager Immediately started consistently repeating herself “We are closed” even as I’m trying to talk. I raised my voice as I pleaded with her to please just answer a couple questions for me. Common decency is to hear someone out and answer the questions, it’s honestly Customer Service 101. For a manager who refused to give her name to act in that behavior is reprehensible!! Give name with pride, Manager Elementary 101. After the 80th “We are closed” refusing to let me get a word in I drove off. I drove around the entire location and saw two employees. The entire place was lit up and looked open. I also saw the drive through girl without her mask mowing down a big ole burger as she handled the drawer. YUCKY . Not to mention that was probably all my food ordered earlier. A trick used by fast food employees and do often in order to justify taking “Left over food” home to family and friends. I worked seventeen years in Asset Protection and this is Franchise Food Owner 101. So a piece of advice for you franchise owners. Do random audits on your establishments. Identify your areas of improvement, immediate assistance, then ACT. Then address the situations and correct the situation. Finally follow up and watch your customer service satisfaction scores sore as long as you hold strong on to good standards. I know it’s hard we are pulling for you all and here to support you, but do not use the employee shortage as a reason for very poor standards. #Takeownership #Doaudits

This Wendy’s never disappoint, always hot, tasty food! We grabbed breakfast this morning in the drive-thru, and the crew took care of us. She’s such a lovely person, so friendly, and her smile really shines. You can tell she enjoys her job, and she makes it look easy. Thanks for the great service!

Really, yall cant count to 4??? A 4 piece KIDS MEAL AND YOU GAVE HER 2 NUGGETS. FOR AN ALMOST 7DOLLAR KIDS MEAL. DO BETTER.

Me again. Decided to try the baked potatoe since my kids got a kid meal and husband a biggie bag. Baked potato is still rock hard and not fully cooked. No sour cream but was charged for it. I called. No answer. This is ridiculous. I spent almost $6 for the toppings for a baked potato I can’t even eat.

No butter even tho I requested specifically butter shredded cheese chive and spur cream. Also no sour cream, no utensils, baked potato was very dry and old.
