Very quiet atmosphere. Easy to talk and listen to others. They have wonderful food! I had the Cheesesteak and my husband had the burger. The fries were golden and cooked just right. They have cocktails, pizza, salads, sandwiches, dessert and more.

Nice pizza joint. We ordered the pretzel and it did not disappoint! It is very large. It came with mustard which I’m not a fan of. Would of been great with some beer cheese or marinara. Of course that is just personal preference. We ordered a specialty pizza and it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. A bit disappointing but that also could have been what we chose. Overall we would come back again and try a different pizza.

We are staying in Helen and drove to Clarksville antique shopping. On way back thru we stopped here and let me tell you!!! The cheesesteak is phenomenal as well as the burger. Everything fresh and cooked to order. Good French fries are hard to come by but they are wonderful here. Golden fies cooked to perfection. We will definitely be eating here when come back to Helen.

Had the rudest service or none service rather. We arrived as a party of 16 and requested to be seated separately as we were 4 families. We were immediately told that separating was not an option and that we had to be seated together since we arrived together. We agreed knowing our wait time would be lengthy due to party size. Initially we were told 45 minutes. We waited an hour then asked the young woman at the hostess stand how much longer we should expect, we were told an additional 30 minutes. We then agreed to finish waiting. Multiple other parties that arrived after us were seated and welcomed on in. After agreeing to wait the additional 30 minutes I went outside to join the rest of our party and was met with multiple of the other guests informing me the hostess was laughing and pointing at our group after I walked out the door. We discussed the additional wait time and the rude behavior from the hostess and agreed it would be best to choose elsewhere to dine. I went back inside to inform the hostess we were then going to remove our name from the wait list in which she began laughing yet again. I asked for a manager to speak with and was met by another woman who claimed to be the acting manager, she also was very rude as I discussed the mannerism in which the hostess was treating us and of our concern and she also basically laughed in our face. I highly suggest the owner of the establishment reconsiders the management and front end workers he has currently employed. Copperpot lost a large group tonight. Sadly we won’t be back.

I simply love this place! Food is phenomenal – every time! Cocktails are specially curated for the season and even the special at hand. Speaking of, I look forward to the weekly special served Fridays and Saturdays; some Sundays if it doesn’t sell out before then. Most times I forget to make sure phone eats first but here’s a few of them.

We had our reception dinner at The Copper Pot, and everything was absolutely wonderful! We reserved the entire patio for our group, and it was the perfect setting private, cozy, and beautifully set up. The baked chicken Alfredo and beef bolognese were both incredible; everyone raved about how delicious everything was. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that our family had everything we needed. They were so friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel celebrated. From the beautiful atmosphere to the amazing food and impeccable service, The Copper Pot truly made our special night unforgettable. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to host a memorable dinner or special event we’ll definitely be back!

I have dined at The Copper Pot many times, and somehow I have never tried the Gateway Grits…until today! Let me tell you, this is the best grit dish I have had in a very long time. I am very particular about my grits, and love that their grits are sourced locally from Nora Mill just down the road in Helen. I was looking for something that would warm me up on a cold January afternoon, and this hit the spot.
It also helped that I had WONDERFUL service from Alex. She was very attentive, kind, and provided good conversation.

Some of the best pizza I’ve had in my life! I can’t compliment this place enough. Me and my husband were in Clarkesville for a week and thankfully discovered this gem at the beginning of our trip. We went here several times and never had a single bad meal. Everything was beyond wonderful, including their burgers and chicken sandwiches. But our absolute favorites were the margarita pizza and the creme brulee. The pizza tasted so so fresh and high quality. We definitely don’t have pizza this good in Kennesaw! Also, everyone here was super friendly and attentive. We’ll probably have to come up and visit for a weekend soon just to come here!

Their pizzas are very, very good and on Sundays they do a buy one, get one on the pizzas, which is very nice. The spinach shop is excellent. The servers are usually very friendly. I really like this place, but they have some really weird policies. They used to do half and half pizzas, but stopped because it apparently overwhelmed the kitchen to put two different toppings on the same crust. They only do carryout orders in scheduled 30 minute increments and if you don’t call in early enough, your can’t order carry out because their “time slots” are filled, even if there is no wait to come and sit down. It’s so weird having a business actively turning away business.

They claim to make everything from scratch but the Alfredo pasta looks like plain boxed pasta and the “focaccia” bread isn’t even focaccia. The service was very slow, the food took over an hour to come. I ordered the bistro filet rare and it was an overcooked piece of steak not filet.
