From when we walked in the door, there was no one there, then she walked up but didnt say anything… there were 3- 4 people waiting, which should have told me something.
They were arguing in the back, one lady at the front, kept asking for help with stuff that was her job, then this poor black gentleman was trying to do it all, while this lady seemed to be doing nothing.
He took over for the lady at the front, and took my order, he was professional, and thuro, and he is the only reason I am giving a 3 star, he should have been the one running the front.
It took them 30 mins to get me my order, yes we had 7 items, mostly biggy bags. I worked fast food for 5 years. I get it. But 30 minutes is ridiculous.
That young man needs better help around him. Not wining, complainers. He handled the situation so well, even with her trying to boss him around, and tell him its his fault its taking so long. She even had the nerve to say your in my way when he was helping her…

Probably one of the best Wendy’s I have ever been to the staff was very great accommodating and also friendly. I broke my family out here from Mississippi to experience all the Christmas festivities, I’m so glad we went to this Wendy’s right off of Tropicana! Nae Your service was exceptional. You really should be in the front office of this place teaching them how to accommodate their customers and make them feel welcome. Thank you. And my guy with the dreads that was working in the window appreciate you, bro thank you for taking the time to make sure our order was right and everything was fresh hot really appreciate it. I don’t know when me and my family will be back out in Vegas, but when we do come back, I would definitely stop in to say hi to this crew

The employee Kristoni had a stinky attitude for no reason. When I was making my order for the food I would like she cut me off multiple times before I finished what I was trying to say. I would be miserable like her if I had her name and worked at fast food while in my late 30’s. I highly recommend going to another location. You’re welcome. 🙂

It’s just like every Wendy’s. I’ve been here several times, and I don’t think I’ll be going back. I don’t know what is wrong with the employees here. I ordered, ate, and was generally enjoying myself. Then before I was about to leave I went to use the restroom. This is where things got very strange. I had been in the restroom about ten minutes. I was playing a game on my phone that I play all the time, and someone knocked on the door. So naturally, I said I was inside but I’d be right out. So I out my phone up, finished everything I needed to do and was pulling my pants up (less than a minute had gone by) when another knock followed by the voice of an employee yelling at me to get out of the bathroom, straight up accusing me of 1) having been in the restroom for over an hour and 2) doing something (she implied that I was using drugs) and that she was going to open the door herself.
I was appalled! But I wanted to show that I was doing no such thing, so as soon as my pants were zipped and the toilet was flushed I flung the door open to show that I didn’t have anything but my phone, and to insist that I hadn’t been in there for anything even close to an hour, and I was in fact trying to be courteous since I was hurrying to get out once someone had knocked the first time. I had sent a text literally as I was walking into the restroom and after we had been arguing over her insistence that I’d been in the restroom for an hour or more, I looked at the text and saw that it had been sent 13 minutes earlier. So I insisted that I’d been in there for less than 13 minutes, and not only that, but since when do people treat people like that anyway? I hadn’t even been in the restaurant for forty minutes, let alone the restroom for an hour.
In conclusion, I’ve never been treated like that before, nor could I believe that someone would straight up lie about some crap like that, then accuse me of using drugs in the restroom of a Wendy’s… It was all I could do not to loose my temper. Believe me,I wanted to but I felt like that would only validate her and her accusation.
Then some other employee who had apparently just returned from lunch break tried to say that I’d been in there since before he left for break….
For real, screw all of them. I simply can’t even imagine why they would even have done all that. I hadn’t done anything to deserve that.

The baconator is on another level! It’s so tasty and fatty, just like the way i like it! The fries are not over cooked and salted just right! Don’t get me started on the shakes, they are so addicting that if you have no self control, you would be eating it everyday. Highly recommended to anyone who is hungry but is living within a budget!

My burger was good. Lots of toppings. My wife and I both had the chili. It was okay, but needed to be hotter (physically, not talking about seasoning here), bur they did offer us diced onions, which was nice. Restaurant is very different for a Wendy’s. We ordered, sat down, and our food was brought to us. I would describe the atmosphere as, “sterile,” and not very inviting.

Just ordered the nacho burger for lunch and my boyfriend and I were pretty dissatisfied with the sandwich. He had gotten one before and said it was so good that he recommended I get it! Instead, we both ended up not even eating our meals Also the sandwiches were cold.

I’m 34 and have eaten at Wendy’s my entire life, I’ve never left a review for a fast food restaurant until now because that’s how bad it was and needs to be reported.
Before I go into it though I will say the cashier/lady at window was kind, warm and friendly.
That said it’s fast food and breakfast time. I order exactly 1 thing a breakfast burrito with bacon. No drinks, no sides, nothing else. So in theory should be pretty quick. It took like 20 min and we had to pull up and to the side.
Then when I received my burrito it looked like a 10 year old made it, it had a hole ripped in it and was barely wrapped. Probably because the tortilla was still cold, tortillas tare when not at least warmed up. Then I just open it and the cheese is two slices of American cheese like in craft squares and also cold not even slightly melted. Then a lot of hard as a rock bacon. I about gagged in my mouth seeing it and feeling it and thought, almost any person in their own home could quickly and easily make this and it would taste way better probably. I couldn’t eat it and it was a waste of my money. It was simply gross and it’s clear to me they didn’t have their food properly prepped and tried to throw it together fast by not heating up the tortilla or cheese or burrito as a whole. This is why I rarely eat at fast food anymore and I most certainly won’t be choosing Wendy’s again or at least anytime soon.

Clean restaurant with fast friendly service. Just on the other side of the freeway from the Vegas strip. Free onsite parking and drive-thru. Standard Wendy’s menu and prices. If you like frosties and bacon burgers this is the place for you!
