Slowest “fast food” I’ve ever seen. Ordered on the app from my house, drove to the restaurant, and had to wait another 15 minutes for food. 2 cars ahead of me that had already ordered when I got there. And still got a cold burger. Impressively bad

I get here a full hour before closing. Get my combo and leave. Have a fry and realize they are so stale and dry it’s ridiculous. Something you’d find behind your fridge. Go back and see ecolab pulling up. It suddenly makes sense, they closed early for cleaning. I give them the bag and tell them the fries suck. Can hear hooting and hollering they’re clearly not happy. Eventually bring me “fresh” fries but they’re old fries just dunked in hot fryer oil this time. However no burger. I say you kept my burger. They find it and bring out the bag with my burger now all crinkled and smushed.
I leave and immediately chuck the burger out my window. I am not eating that. Probably pulled it out the trash.
Now I may have to go back in the morning to get a refund but it’s honestly not even worth arguing. So unnecessary. Next time just say you’re closed.

I’m not sure if my friend and I was greeted or not, but the guy didn’t seem very friendly he did try to suggestively up sell. But just wasn’t feeling good customer service, the food came quick but it felt like the fries was the hottest thing I ate the burgers was not hot and did not seem fresh at all.

Normally they are pretty quick. We waited in the drive thru after telling us to pull forward for 16 minutes before I had to get out and go inside and ask about our food. They were very apologetic, however, when you are looking for a fast stop it was kind of disappointing.

We waited in the drive through for 20 minutes (only 2 cars in front of us). Then when I got home and opened my burger I noticed the bun was a little hard & the patty was as hard as a piece of leather..(totally burnt) I debated on driving back for a replacement or a refund but didn’t want to waste my time or gas.

I stopped in and placed a to go order. Two Big Bacon Classic combos. The place was nice and clean. The food was excellent. The fries were fresh and piping hot! Great job!

I’ve been to this location twice and issues both times. I would recommend avoiding this location and the Burger King nearby as well. Both locations continuously hire incompetent staff.

I LOVE Wendy’s but I won’t be back.
And I foolishly went back and AMANDA, store manager, allowed me to be double charged and then “couldn’t help as it’s a weekend”.

Wow. Excellent costumer service by the nice lady (i think her name might be Angela) working at 545pm on Wednesday, October 22nd.
Wendy’s should train all their restaurants to do things like they do.

I just got done with my drive thru order and a pickup order.if anyone has come back home and the order has been wrong you know to try and avoid that at all costs. So while I was waiting for all the food to be done that I ordered (big order) I went through what I had at the moment to make sure everything checked out. I initially thought I was missing food that I had ordered. After the employees came out with a friendly and welcoming manner to try and help whatever mess there may be. We came to the conclusion that I was just missing a junior order of nuggets and fries. I apologized for assuming and they took great care of me. During the entire trip to Wendy’s they displayed excellent workmanship, friendly environment, and pride in their work. It’s been a long time since seeing people take pride in their work now a days. The staff on shift knocked the large orders out of the park and displayed great customer service even during a time when they had a long dinner rush. Props to the staff.
