went to Wendy’s and placed an order, and I was greeted by Sebastian with a huge smile. He was very kind, professional, and fast while taking my order. It really does make a difference. Seeing young people working hard in our community is such a great thing. If you haven’t had the chance to visit Wendy’s lately, please give them a try! Really????? 23 minutes in the drive thru so far? If I hadn’t drove up to the window,I would have been waiting half the night to pick up a mobile order. Guy comes to the windows to ask what I want. Mum… maybe you to do your job? 2 people standing at front counter, looking around. Said tgey were busy inside. Told I could pull up and look? Really? Unacceptable! Close your doors if you don’t want to work.

Well at first glance the building and the windows and sidewalks were very dirty not appealing at all the young man at the speaker did not understand anything I was ordering which was a apple pecan salad with extra chicken. He did not know the menu at all. Then I ordered two bacon Nader fries They made us pull up cause they said we’re gonna get fresh chicken so we waited for about five minutes which is not too bad they came outside and they just brang Salads not our bacon Nader fries so they went back inside and got them for us. I was excited. To eat the bacon nadar fries and this is what I got very little cheese and strips of bacon. I come from a strong food background, and I think they need to make sure that the employees are following their processes when making their dishes.

Lovely restaurant here at Wendy’s in Las Vegas, New Mexico. I’m so pleased with the young lady who helped us check out our order. Unfortunately, in the price is $44 which you don’t think is the fault of wind is but rather the inflation we are all dealing with right now.

While traveling from Colorado to Texas with a large group, we had to stop for the younger ones to get a break. I picked Wendy’s this time. The food was decent, but they just can’t keep up here with 10+ people. Slow service with a group, to the point it can’t be called fast food anymore.

Horrible. Been eating at Wendys for decades, spent enough money there to buy a fishing boat and never had a bad experience until this one. Chili was so bad we couldn’t eat it. Diet coke tasted like cherry coke, fries were cold and the girl on the register was unable to use the app deal for double stack for $1. I added bacon and she told me it went up to $5. So $4 for a piece of bacon. After all her hollering to the back for help and nobody would help and people lining up behind us, we just ordered a double combo for $11
Bathrooms required codes to get in and then no deadbolt to keep others out and no enclosed stalls. So while you’re sitting on the toilet in open space, anyone can walk in (using the code) and be face to face with you doing your business.
The store was clean but empty, nobody was there and it was lunchtime. Overall, it was just all a mess and unpleasant experience, primarily because the register girl and point of sale, she just was incompetent, rude and seemed like she was on something.

Service was extremely slow. I’m guessing they were short-staffed or something but there was no one in line ahead of us or behind us so I don’t know what was taking them so long. But we must have waited at the window for 10 minutes.

Fast and Friendly service! I got a spicy chicken Asiago ranch combo meal with a mango pineapple lemonade and my boyfriend got the spicy chicken pretzel sandwich combo with a Hi C. The kids got kids meals. The fries were kinda sad but overall it was good.

Service was very slow , a bus came in and left cause line took at least 15 mins to move 1 order. My food was horrible not even in a rapper . Wish there was 0 Starz cause this crew was not the best.
