The manager gave us a hard time and made it seem like I was the problem and didn’t honor my coupon code and was trying to make me purchase again! We told the girl working the window I wanted to use a coupon code and to scan the barcode to redeem she was so snarky and rude. Worst customer service ever! I do not understand how hard it is to have simple customer service and BE NICE TO CUSTOMER WHO BRING THE MONEY!

I like Wendy’s, so that’s a positive ….
The fries are pretty much always cold and limp – any time any day. Normally I really like Wendy’s fries, but not if they are from this location.
The burgers are ok. I like the JBC, and the number one (hold the onions).
This location seems to be more expensive than other Wendy’s locations.
There have been occasions where they forget items that I ordered so make sure to double check your bag before driving away.
Of course, you can’t go wrong with a Frosty, so there’s that.
