My nuggets were so raw they were wet and you could peel them each other. The “baconator fries”…. 2 slices of bacon.
Went back in, and the manager fixed everything, but come on. We know you are busy, but there is no excuse for doing things wrong, especially when you pay $20. Imagine then getting home, and everything is just inedible. Just ask yourself – would you want to receive this food? If the answer is no, then make it right and how you’d like it.

I let them know that the drink machine had a certain type of drink that tasted funny. They came out and checked the machine and then took my cup and filled it up in the back for me – I didn’t even ask for that. Super great staff!

Don’t come here food is trash definitely cold. I don’t understand how people can just stand around and let the food get cold and serve to people bad work ethic bad environment. The salads are somewhat good, but they are not vegetarian. There’s meat in them. I would not recommend the chicken. It’s either always undercooked or overcooked or the deep fried is overcooked or undercooked but you want a good hamburger. This is the place to go. I think they should stick to making hamburgers for everything else I would not get.

I am so disappointed in the lettuce. The romaine lettuce made the sandwiches much much better. Also why would you get rid of sweet and sour… like 50% of kids won’t even eat nuggets without that sauce…sheesh

I’ve been coming to this location for probably years. Tonight, after I got home and opened up my burger I noticed THE BREAD HAD MOLD ON IT. My partner had already taken a bite of his burger and was almost sick. We rushed back, didn’t make a scene and asked for a refund at the window. Patty, the manager at the time, didn’t give us a refund and tried to give us MORE FOOD then told us to come back tomorrow to speak with the store manager Andrea. I could’ve literally died and they didn’t seem to care.
