Arrived at 10pm. Lobby not open. Had to do the drive thru. The food was eaten in the parking lot. It was horrible. Chicken sandwich was over cooked and dry. The fries were old and cold. The Baconator was cold and had 2 slices of bacon. Same expierence as 3 years ago. Did complaint online and still no response. Will NOT return to this location.

Photo doesn’t show how disgusting the food was. The chicken in the nuggets felt soggy and was cold. My chicken sandwich tasted and smelt horrible. The fries as soon as we got them were not good and felt like they’ve been sitting for awhile. Not sure what is going on with this Wendy’s but it’s seriously not okay. We feed all of our food to our dogs.. our last 20$ and it went down the drain.

It was deplorable this time around and I used to have extremely excellent service over here. The burgers were called the cheese was stiff the lettuce was wilted and the buns were hard! I was extremely disappointed cuz usually when Jen works here this was an excellent place to eat now not so much. There is not a single napkin in the bag but I know for a fact that they’re supposed to get one person because I worked there and the burgers went the wrong wrapper anyways!

Food wasn’t even trying to pretend. The hamburger patties on my bun were old and dry by the heat. Then cold???
It looked nice until you saw the desecrated pattie, crying for assistance if oil again.
Renovated dining room was nice, but sub-par service, attitude, and food quality quickly destroyed any sense of upscale.
Staff was youth and inattentive, but mostly arrogant and bothered to assist.
I almost felt bad for coming into their establishment, and putting them through the trouble of actually dealing with people.
I’ve not tried since, but I might eventually. As this used to be one of my favorite locations in ABQ.

Come on you show one thing and give 20% to the customer. Bacon bits burnt, patty’s burned, we literally fed it to the puppy. What’s going on with this place, if the food was as good as the service you might be able to pay rent. Keep it up and the lines will be empty
