Last time we went to McDonald’s it took us 35 minutes to get through the drive-through. It was the day after Thanksgiving. So, we thought maybe they didn’t have their regular staff on. There were 6 people standing around chatting & waiting for food to come out and there was one person in the back cooking and preparing the food. Every place can have a bad day, right? So decided to give them another chance today. This is what my double cheeseburger looked like when it came out of the bag. What a mess!

Slowest service ever. Been standing here for 20 minutes. Seems like no one in the kitchen really cares. No one is currently working the counters. Only a few guests in the place. This has been an experience to witness.

Slower than slow with service. A half hour waiting for breakfast burritos and hash browns.While others who came in and ordered at counter received their order while I was left waiting for my very small order. Crew seemed very dazed and confused on how to perform their duties. Watched one employee miss up more than one order. Crazy manager actually thinks it’s her store. Not enough common sense or management skills to know it’s a fast food restaurant. Extremely rude, power tripping bad manager.

We ordered a breakfast meal and they forgot our pancakes and there was a blonde hair in our food . When we took it back to speak with the manager she tried to say we ate the pancakes. And we didn’t and she didn’t even acknowledge the hair that was in the hash brown. I was so angry. Heather the store manager did not have good customer service skills at all . I will never go back there if I could give a half star I would .

If service was as fast as drive through it could be better but many times 10 minutes or more. It makes them look good to corporate to keep the cars moving through… it’s sad to see people replaced by a kiosk machine…they’re fillet o fish not that good best to go to arby’s they’re is off the hook. Nicer buns and better lettuce less greasy and the right amount of tartar sauce to. McDonald’s is the only fast food that sells coffee but its tolerable if you really like coffee… the people there are nice…
