i have worked in fast food and customer service for years and this was completely unacceptable. we arrived around 12:20, waited in line for a good 20 minutes, i get it fast food can not be easy, gets super busy and understaffed. i get it but more than half of the employees were standing around or just completely ignoring the line of customers out the door. Maybe the gentleman at the front was running around completely stressed out as more than half of the customers started getting angry. He was very kind, reassuring, and apologetic. The rest of the staff was very rude, didn’t care about the line out the door and very unprofessional. there was more than half the staff not wearing “wendy’s” attire, i couldn’t tell if customers were back there making our food. Completely disgusted and disappointed in my experience at wendy’s. Good food but that’s about all they got going. some rules changes or training are necessary.

First: I’m not a person who is against big chain fast food restaurants. This was the worst food I’ve ever gotten. Hamburger bun soggy and squished. Veggies on the burger were soggy, limp and squished. All the fries were broken so they were less than 1.5 inches long. No taste to the meat in the burger. Fountain was that horrible diluted combination of all the syrups when they don’t clean their machine. Service at the drive thru was great.

A Crispy Chicken sandwich and a frosty are the food items that I ordered. I really like the chocolate frosties. The chicken sandwich was very good. A young man was the employee who took my order and he was very efficient in taking my order. The price of my food order was reasonable. It was quiet in Wendy’s and the store was very clean. I definitely recommend this Wendy’s location in Prescott.

I was there about 3 days ago and the line outside was getting pretty long. I walked in everything seemed okay but the manager started yelling at the staff members because they weren’t “helping” her. I just want to say that I understand it’s a stressful time and there’s a lot going on but it would help a whole lot if Management would be a little more kind to your staff members. Teach them with kindness

My order was wrong and the syrup was off on the soda fountain. The lady working the window was rude and acted like it was a huge issue to get what I paid for. Most definitely won’t be going back.

The lady at the counter was actually nice & the eating area (not a dining room) was clean.
This is not about the Wendy’s people.
The lunch was the same cost as Applebee’s the next day – going to Applebee’s next time.

Great food to be honest it’s my 2nd time having a burger in my life but I am gonna have the more often square patties are the best. Only $7 for nuggets, fries, bacon double cheese burger and drink can’t be that.

Ordered a double patty bacon burger… I got a burger with one patty, and a piece of cheese between 2 buns… 11$ for the full meal… no straw for the drink (no one asked) the fries were stale and I tried one with in 10 seconds when given my order… waste of money, energy, and will never return… They gave me my meal with in 30 seconds of ordering… they didn’t even make it, they probably gave me leftovers… I will actively avoid Wendy’s and just go to In n Out because they actually care to check their orders
