I will be back for trivia night on Wednesdays.
Parking lot out front.
It’s easy to find since it’s the first building in a strip of businesses.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Large menu and plenty of choices of food and drinks.
Cleanliness is lacking: some staff look unkempt, a few had dirty shoes, and overall hygiene feels ignored. The atmosphere is chaotic, like nobody’s in charge. I did see one employee trying to keep things professional and likely was the sole reason anyone was eating here, they were the exception, I believe her name is Taylor. Everyone else looked confused as if they needed step by step instructions on how to operate. I overheard two ladies complaining about being on shift, that said alot as well.
The food is nothing special — most of it tastes processed or frozen — and definitely not worth the trip. It looks like standards here don’t exist.
Until this restaurant has some serious changes in leadership, staff training, and basic respect for themselves and others, I would not recommend. Its not worth a try. Beware; Don’t put much faith into the ones serving you here.
This place is more for people who just want to watch sports and have food to snack on.
The server was friendly but served a very red burger after he was asked twice to make sure it was well done when ordered.
I’m not going to get into how the issue was resolved, but I guess we were lucky we didn’t get a random hoof and pickled gator knuckles.
The food? Absolutely magnificent. The service? Great. The professionalism? Nonexistent—and that’s the real shame, because this place has SO much potential!
Some might ask: “If the food and service were good, why isn’t this glowing?” Simple—the service was only good because of Taylor behind the bar. You could tell she was trying hard to stay professional while employees and regulars were acting out. She’s clearly there to work hard and earn her tips, but there was no manager in sight to back her up.
Meanwhile, whoever was making the occasional appearance (I believe her name was Tabi) offered nothing more than casual small talk and seemed completely disengaged—even while guests were sitting inside. That’s a problem.
Honestly, Gordon Ramsay needs to walk in here and light a fire under the owner. The kitchen isn’t the issue—the food is excellent. The real problem is a lack of professionalism and standards.
For example: I never expect to see my server take a shot right in front of me before grabbing my drinks. It might seem small, but it leaves a lasting negative impression.
This place could easily be the talk of the town if the owner would:
• Hold staff accountable
• Set clear standards
• Run the front of house with the same care as the kitchen
Right now, I don’t even know how it’s making money. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because the food is phenomenal and the staff are nice people. But they need to remember they’re at work—not hanging out as customers.
