Im not Dr. Seuss so imagine my surprise when I hit a bunch of raw bacon to find green eggs in my sandwich. Drive thru was not busy and yet I received poor quality food that could of put me in the hospital had I not paid attention.

Standing in line at this Wendy’s, they are only doing drive thru and Uber orders. No one at the front register for the last fifteen minutes. It is lunch time. I don’t think people mind waiting for their food if they can sit down. Being forced to wait in an unmoving line is stupid. Everyone hates it. One order has been taken in the last fifteen minutes
Cashier cited “extremely busy” however only four tables are occupied and the lobby isn’t even dirty/hasn’t been used

The decision to switch to shredded lettuce will go down as the downfall of Wendy’s. That crisp lettuce that always accompanied the JBC and Spicy Chicken sandwich was the difference maker. Can’t even literally eat here anymore, it’s not the same.

Went in for breakfast and love how reasonable their prices are. Our order was hot, fresh and tasty. However, the employees were loudly talking crap on another employee that called in sick. If you are going to talk crap, at least do it quietly. We decided to eat in the car.

So I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but I sat in the drive-thru for a good 25 minutes Just picking up a mobile order I finally canceled the order but then when I drove around there wasn’t much else to get so I came back and decided to do a mobile order but pick up in store and thought that everything would be really fresh since the drive-thru was so busy but no I get the food and the nuggets are all hard they’re not even fresh The fries were soggy and kind of yucky. So it was just a bad experience altogether. And then to top it all off I park in the shade at the place just to eat the food and I notice that all the employees are taking all of the fronts parking spots I only know this because there was nobody in the store when I went in and I saw two employees come out and get in cars and leave. Why would your employees park right in the front spots where customers should be parking. Yeah not great. The frosty was good though.

They almost always mess up my order. Sometimes I catch it before I leave the area, but most times I forget to check. Since they’re a 10 min drive I usually have to just deal with customer service app for fixes. Finally reviewing because today my chicken sandwich had no chicken… like how do you mess that up??

11/29/2025 around 11 PM. I asked the manager if the fries were fresh. I immediately heard him swearing and complaining under his breath. I called him out on it, and his aggression was totally unhinged and way past normal.
This guy is a manager but acts like he’s never talked to a person before. How is this idiot in charge? He’s straight up swearing at customers over a fry question. Terrible service. Stay away.

The store is now charging for dipping sauce and limit what comes with the meal. It costs a few cents for a dipping sauce yet this franchise wants to charge .55¢ per sauce. McDonald’s tried this and got a lot of kickback and ultimately reversed its position. Stop supporting stores that hike up their food prices and then get petty enough to over charge for sauce. Btw. Extra sauce cups are only .50 cents. So the extra 5¢ is just this particular store trying to literally nickel and dime you to death. I don’t need a ton of sauce but if I order a chicken sandwich I like at least one free sauce to dip. And don’t get me started that they got rid of sweet and sour sauce.

As usual the food was good, the staff were good, the prices were okay. I guess I’m in for a rude awakening about condiments. Seems we have to pay for anything other than catch up now.
