The food was absolutely great – my chicken biscuit and fries were hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned, just the way Bojangles does it best.
What really stood out though was how incredibly clean the place was. There was someone actively cleaning the entire time we were there – tables, floors, counters, everything spotless. It felt like they never stop, and it made such a difference.
Every single team member we interacted with was super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely nice. They smiled, asked how our visit was going, and made us feel right at home.
Couldn’t ask for a better fast-food stop. This location is clearly run with pride.

I wish I could give zero stars. I went to the drive thru and an automatic voice took my order an egg and cheese biscuit and large bo rounds. It said 5 minutes for Bo rounds. I’m always willing to wait. As usually they make the egg fresh and the Bo rounds are also cooked by order fresh. I pull up to the window and my food was handed to me as soon as I got to the window. Thought it was odd being made so fast. I looked in the bag and checked it had my order in the bag. Drove home. When I went to eat my food the biscuit could have chipped a tooth. Rock hard. Definitely not fresh and had been around awhile. My Bo Rounds were had as rocks and were not even warm. Also definitely had been lying around. I had no reason to think my food would be this way. I’ve never had a problem at any bojangles. I’m disappointed that they sold me dry old food. I recommend NOT to eat at the exit 7 Bojangles on 81 in Bristol Virginia.

First time eating at a Bojangles. Blueberry waffles sandwiching a piece of chicken I seemed crazy, but it was good. But Stephanie was super nice when we told them it was our first time at Bojangles, and she kindly gave us more sauces and ranch to try! Have a blessed day!

20230331 I thought I have eaten at all the Bojangles on 81 in VA… apparently not! The young lady at the drive thru was very nice. The biscuit was amazing!! A little crispy, salty and buttery. Perfect! I like that they use sausage gravy on the mashed potato. The 3 pieces of dark meat were a good size! Very big. The restaurant appears to be very clean, and so is the ladies restroom. The restaurant decor is different, very nice.

I had bible study this evening and stopped to get something to eat before I went. I had to repeat myself to the young lady 3 times, and she still asked was I sure I didn’t want a combo. I was polite and told her no. I ordered a 4 piece supreme chicken strip. When I got my order I opened it going to my Bible study and there was a bunch of hard batter crumbs in the box, and a biscuit that tasted like they had dipped it in the grease vat. I won’t go the anymore. The service is horrible, and the food is disgusting!

I went thru drive thru. I got a chicken club sandwich, a Bo sandwich and a chicken bowl. First of all I paid $25.00 for my food. I didnt order fries or drinks with the sandwiches. The sandwiches and bowl were ice cold and tasted old. The piece of chicken on the Bo sandwich was hard as a brick. Most disgusting food I have ever gotten in my whole life I think.

I mean, what do you expect? It’s a Bojangles just off the interstate. The biscuits and tater-totlike Bo rounds were too salty, and the fries were soggy. But for a Sunday night near closing time in a small-town, fast-food joint that’s part of a mediocre national chain, the fried chicken wasn’t half bad. It was appropriately crispy, and at least one of the three pieces of chicken was tender and juicy. And the service was excellent!

In Bojangles on exit 7 and there’s this colored guy going in and out of the bathroom works there and coming out of the bathroom with his hands dry three times and I was there for about 25 minutes kitchen to the bathroom not washing his hands made me not hungry no more and why is he going to the kitchen to the bathroom three times in 25 minutes disturbing and interrupting definitely when you’re sitting in the dining room when it’s kind of empty and that’s all you see

Ordered from drive through, food not ready was parked waiting. 10 minutes later employee brings food out and tells me “ sorry, we forgot about you” I found no napkins or straw in my bag. I go inside and ask for them, woman points around the corner and replies I’m sorry did we forget them too? I replied “ this is why I don’t eat here often “. Manager responded “ we can’t please everybody “. This is the kind of team I want working for me, said nobody.
