Jacob, who it seemed was the manager at the Yuma AZ Wendy’s, was amazing today. We have a pretty complicated order for our kids and the kitchen didn’t get it quite right. He came over to apologize and offered our little kids two complimentary toys. He was so nice. You can tell he is really in tune with store cleanliness, timely orders and service. He has an awesome demeanor. Best experience at a Wendys we’ve had. Will definitely be back. Thanks for the great service!

Horrible customer service. We asked to place an order and was told to use the kiosk. No one even acknowledged us. Rude. Hope the food isn’t cold. And when did Wendy become a ten plus dollar meal per person? Dining room was dirty too. Horrible.

I was eating in the lobby, when I witnessed what I can only assume is the manager, walk into the food area with pj pants on and didn’t seem like she washed her hands. I over heard one of the employees call her Sarah. Idk what the free food for employees policy is, but i never saw her pay for the food she took with her when she left. Unprofessional and dirty, in so many ways. Besides that the employees always look miserable and the food is always wrong. Always. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a decent order from this place.

Walked in the door to an icebox…it was so cold inside that there was a group of people eating outside. Stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge us and take our order, finally ordered from the kiosk after more than 5 mins. The three visible employees were on their phone, food was horrible, fries were cold. We will NOT ever come back to this location!!!!

Delivery orders are supposed to be sealed to avoid anyone from tampering with the food. The workers know this yet twice in two days I asked them to do that. They have special stickers to seal the paper bags with. Come on do your job! It helps protect delivery people and customers. I would not want someone putting their dirty hands on my food to look and see if the order is all there and we are not supposed to open any bags.

Grabbed a bite on the way back up to Canada, Amilcar and Honesty were super nice. Very professional and helpful, wish we had more people like that at our Wendy’s up North. Hard to find good service like this these days!

Unbelievably rude behavior by the young woman at the drive thru window. Just a basic attempt at doing the job and common courtesy would have been appreciated. Would give fewer stars if able.
