I went through the drive thru, as soon as I pull up to the menu the enployee shouts through the speaker offering the Dave single combo. I was going to get a bigger burger but I accepted his offer anyway. After the order, paid and drove off I dont notice that he gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead until I got all the way to work. I dont think its necessary to open my sandwhiches before I leave to make sure its correct, especially since the employee was clearly trying to push for the Dave single. Hes new Im sure which is whatever. Ill just be checking my order fully before I leave the drive thru from now on. The spicy chicken sandwhich is the LAST thing that I would order.

Wendy’s is always a solid choice, but my recent visit was made exceptional because of an employee named Annalysa! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and was super helpful in navigating the menu. I was having a hard time deciding, and she offered some great suggestions. My order was prepared quickly and perfectly, and Annalysa even checked to make sure I had everything I needed before I left. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service these days. Thanks to Annalysa, my lunch was a total win!

The Fries were cold, the bun on the burger was cold. The people inside were playing around instead of getting our order ready on time. By the time they got our food it was cold and than they forgot our drinks and had to wait for that and than one of the employees came to the window to asked what we wanted and we said our drinks and they said oh we forgot. As we waited in the window the employees were just playing around and the manager did not say anything to them

Can’t remember the guy’s name that took my order but he did a good job over over the intercom. Got to window and gave analysa my card she handed me 1 drink and then was flirting with the guy who took my order while he was making my other drink.. they were both talking and giggling got my food and left . I didn’t check my bag this time. Last 2 visits were perfect. Got home I’m missing 1 large fry I had 7 out of 10 chicken nuggets and one of my drinks were 3 forths full. I didn’t care to go back as I have a busy day and don’t have time …. Please don’t flirt and giggle while your handling a customer it’s very unprofessional and rude that’s why my order was messed up.

Edited to add: Yes, we came here again – it’s the closest one. The saucy nuggets are not what they appear to be. Every single one had little pieces of tendon in them. They’re sure to be made of the nasty leftover stuff from the chicken. So gross, I’ll never order them from any location again. Added photos for reference.
Truthfully the only reason I gave 2 stars is because my kids said the fries were really good – hot & nicely salted. Otherwise, when we’ve gone who seems to be the manager (older, shorter lady with dark hair) always appears to be yelling. Not sure if that’s her nature, it’s unprofessional in my opinion. Also EVERYTIME we go in we’re always told they’ll be right with us because they’re behind on orders. That usually means we’ll be standing there for approximately 5 minutes before we can even order – regardless if there are other customers there or not. Lastly, the lobby always looks unclean – food on the floor, messy tables, and dirty beverage machine area. Unfortunately, this location is closest to us.

It’s difficult to say that fast food can be consistent but this particular location is!
I’ve gone at different times of the day and it’s always fresh, they never mess up my order. They put a generous amount of cheese on my chili which is great because I’m paying extra for it.
I’m always anticipating something bad when it comes to fast food and even more with the drive thru but nope, they get it right 100% of the time.
At night time the menu doesn’t light up, that’s my only complaint. I always stick to my same order otherwise I couldn’t begin to read it.
Ask for chili oil and crackers if you want them. They won’t offer it so you have to ask!
Fries are fries. Unless you eat them right out of the fryer, they’ll always be cold and soggy. It’s just the way it is.
Someone is managing this location perfectly Keep up the great work!

I haven’t been to Wendy’s in maybe a year. But I do not remember their spicy chicken sandwich for $12 bucks was kids size. What a joke, never again. Pepper packet for size comparison.

Wendy’s COUNT YOUR DAYS ! Tell me why I ordered a breakfast combo with the French toast sticks they’re not even French toast sticks. They’re literally bread that’s cut up into slices that is disgusting and then they didn’t even give me enough sauce on my cinnamon dessert.such a waste of money. One of the employees Annalysa was super helpful and made me feel welcomed she made sure all my food was in my bag and made sure my sons frosty was made correctly before giving it to him and was super genuine and nice to him
