We were visiting from abroad and had a flat tire on the side of the road, with no network coverage to call for help. One of the employees at this Wendy’s went above and beyond to assist us. Not only did he help us change the tire, but he also lent us his phone so we could contact our insurance. We are incredibly grateful for his kindness and support in a stressful situation. And thank goodness he had the muscles to loosen those nuts that were way too tight! This kind of customer service truly saved the day. Thank you so much!

3.3 Stars, the ghost pepper chicken sandwich was actually pretty tasty, not hot, a little spice with flavor. The frosty is always tasty. Don’t waste your money on the double stack for 2.99.

Food was so cold I have never been so disappointed in Wendy’s. Food I love Wendy’s but for how long we were waiting our food should have been hot out of the fryer. Instead it was so Luke warm it was getting cold . We waited a good 35

Very good service especially from the person at the register (we forgot to ask his name but he had a beard, if he’s reading i believe he’s gonna recognize himself) . When we told him we were tourist from Belgium and that was our first time at Wendy’s, he offered us 4 slushies and helped us through the process of taking our orders, he even talked a little bit french (he said bonjour) , we even teached him some others words, it was a very fun time ! Very nice and cool guy ! Thanks to him we had a very nice time and we will come at this Wendy’s if we ever go back to the St.George area.

My hamburger bun and patty were cold and tasteless. The fries were overcooked, over salted, cold and stale. Even the chicken nuggets were cold. There was a huge puddle of water right in front of the front counter that no employee seemed to care about. PLUS, they no longer provide seniors with a free drink. No wonder I was the only customer in the place. Avoid at all costs!!

Since the Wendy’s that closed by Cal ranch, I have been coming to this one. Staff a bit rude except 2 people so far (of the ones who mingle with customers). The took 10 minutes to grab my order. Only one person in front of us they were helping the entire time. And we had to stand there smelling a man who didn’t shower or clean up in at least a week. The cashier didn’t seem to know what she was doing for a second. And wasn’t in the mood to deal with people.
The place is semi spotless (inside). Outside can be deep cleaned. Sat at the tables and got black soot all over my son and I. Had to use baby wipes to clean it (helped a little).
The food is good like a 8/10. I have recieved cold fries half cold half hot. The cold we not old but still frozen cold. And the most recent thing is I paid for a kids meal and got no toy. I go back a couple days later and I mention it. All they said was I’ll make sure the toy is in. My son who doesn’t understand yet was upset cuz he didn’t get the make up toy for their mistake. If a customer mentions they messed up usually you get a makeup item. All I wanted one the toy I paid for the previous visit and they refused to even do that. I paid for it and I got gipped. So that just sets the tone that if they screw up an order they will be stingy and not make up for the next mistake.
So not I will have to sit at the window and go through my bags before I leave to confirm we get what we order. Just to avoid any future mistakes.

I love this location. It is always busy and they work really hard to get your order done quickly especially the long line in the drive through. Today I had the Berry Blast Salad. So yummy especially the Raspberry dressing. So fresh yummy and I was really hungry so I went for the full size which is pretty substantial. The fruit on this is so delicious and they don’t skimp. I also love that it can be door dashed to my job. I really love the Strawberry Lemonade and Peach Lemonade.

Great stop in way to Zion National Park. Clean, good food, friendly staff. We ordered coffee and they freshly brewed some. Was tasty. Bathrooms were clean. This location is hiring and they have good benefits. Check them out for an application!
