Today was my first time ordering from ModPizza. I got 2 cheese pizzas 1 thin crust and 1 mega dough (which costs 2$ more than thin one). I was told they will be done at 1:47 but they were done at 2. Also they handed me the two boxes of pizza and I brought them home without opening and checking them. At home I noticed that both pizzas were super thin and I didn’t see the difference between them. So I paid for mega crust for no reason. Also the thin crust is too thin for my liking, it was tortilla thin pizza crust and the size (11inches) is barely enough for 2 people. At home my kids devoured the pizzas because they were waiting for it to arrive, so nothing went to waste. But overall really disappointed, feel like I was scammed of my money, and the costumer service was meh. Would not go back and would not recommend

I have been here many many times and they never disappoint. I’m usually not a thin-crust enjoyer, but they do it well. The staff is always friendly, orders always get out on time (reasonably), and it’s got a nice interior.
My classic go-to is a custom MOD (11″) with red sauce, mozzarella & garlic, no meat, red peppers & onions.

Offers delicious fresh salads and pizzas made to order, served within a few short minutes by courteous, knowledgeable, and mindful employees. I very much enjoyed a wonderful large salad with ingredients that i never had tried together that included garbonzo beans, sliced olives, tasty pickled red peppers with dressing on the side. And my friend ordered a gluten free thin crust pizza. We ate half our orders and will enjoy the take the other half for another meal. Lots of seating available and facility was clean.

This is a great MOD pizza location. The staff worked efficiently and friendly. They tolerated my order changes and upgrades with a smile. They addressed me children in a happy manner. The food was great. All of my family was pleased with their orders. It was a pleasant clean atmosphere in the dining area.

I picked up two pizzas and a salad at this location on a busy Saturday at dinner time. All five of the team members upfront were working hard and have their head down and just grinding. The line was out the door and it was because there’s a ducks game on. So everybody wanted pizza tonight.
There was this snooty rich mom that was holding the line up. She ordered five pizzas for her kids and her husband and her friend. And she wanted to do half-and-half on all five pizzas with two different sauces on each one of them. Then added piles and piles of toppings onto all five pizzas And made the guy at the counter work. Way beyond your standard mod size pizza. You could tell that the worker was visibly frustrated. Yet kept the line moving without a delay. I thanked him for his hard work and apologize for her lack of appreciation and extra annoyingness.
This location is my favorite and it’s always great to hear the guys call out the orders and working as a team.
Everybody has good energy and even though the weight was long, it’s always worth it.

Greeted on entry. Reviewed menu and decided on making my own pizza. It was easier to pull up their website and look at the ingredients to get ready, there is no list on the wall. Great experience and service, a few handoffs in the toppings. I asked for a few veggie toppings after the oven – arugula and tomato slices. No beer on draft right now, not sure why, got a bottle. Will definitely go again.

The pizzas were fine but the atmosphere and the ambience in this MOD pizza was not as good as our previous experience in the nearby Hillsboro restaurant. I didn’t particularly like the set up of seating area with there being mostly tall stools and just a few larger traditional tables with benches. Floor was a bit grubby too. The staff weren’t unfriendly but weren’t particularly involving either. So despite enjoying the actual pizza (sorry I took a bite) I will probably go back to Hillsboro next time.

Sadly I walked into an empty restaurant with the staff standing around ignoring the order that should have been started already. They had put the ticket on the rail then instead of loading it and sending it to cook they desperately needed to stop and … Chat. Also tables are dirty and used napkins on the ground. It’s called a work ethic, you don’t lean til the cleaning is done people.
