I was hungry and when I ordered no sauces on my hamburger. Then when I picked it up and left. Expecting it was going to be good. But from what I see, apparently the white sauce and I’m guessing mayo. Which is I dislike as well, accidentally split it on my hamburger or on purpose. Don’t know for sure. It was too late for me to go back to wilk and I had to take the piece off from hamburger however I can taste somewhere on my hamburger. So I done eating it. So I hope that they have to be careful with the sauces when they’re making them.

Food is mid and came cold. They also go light on toppings if they decide to put them on at all. I had to check my order to get my fries and my baked potato didn’t come with sour cream and chives. Overall terrible service.

Stood at the register for 3-4 minutes but was ignored. So went next door to chik-fil-a and got served straight away. I’m sure they’re lovely young kids doing their best, and had numerous online orders.

Not as many options as the regular Wendy’s on the street, but good nonetheless. It gets pretty crowded at mealtimes, but the line moves faster than other places. The employees were doing a good job, but obviously less than happy to be working there. Be aware, the baconator apparently doesn’t come with two parties as default like in the photo.

As I pondered the deliciousness of my 4 for $4 (which remains the best deal in the Cougar Eat), I decided that I should share my appreciation with the internet. Wendy’s is awesome. Service is always great. Food is always good. And the price is always the best.

This location allows you to select a time for them to have you food ready by, and I always order it for a half hour before I need it because they are always late. However, there have been a few times where a half hour isn’t enough and I still have to cancel my order.

My co-workers and I decided to grab lunch at your BYU campus location at 12:57 pm on 01/10/25. After we received our order we all sat down to eat and were enjoying our lunch then we had a lady come up to us and ask us if we had looked at the time? We were a little confused, so she asked us again that we need to look at the time and don’t we have a job to do? First off, she has NO business asking us this, they were not busy so it’s not like they needed the table for other customers, we were not being loud or disrespectful by any means! We were all in shock and decided apparently, its time to leave because that’s how she made it sounds! Several of us were upset so I asked her what her name was and she REFUSED to provide to that me! I then waited to ask her manager which he provided the name of Diane! This is the worst customer service I have ever had and we will never return to that location again! This isn’t the first time we have had issues with this lady, but have let it go in the past. This time I will not let it slide, something needs to be done! Most people get an hour lunch and we were barely there an hour! I would appreciate someone reaching back out to me. Thank you very much!

Purchased a frosty and lemonade. The frosty had too much syrup and was a sticky consistency, not firm enough. The lemonade machine wasn’t working so the worker pulled out a pitcher and filled about a 1/3 of the cup with lemonade and 2/3 with ice. Wife said it wasn’t even cold and had to wait for the ice to melt before it was chilled.

I like having Wendy’s on campus. They’re my favorite fast food burger place. In large part because I never have to ask for no mustard. If you look on the Wendy’s website, they don’t put mustard on their burgers. But this one on campus does! I love the food overall, but having to ask for no mustard at this location when I do not have to ask for mustard at any other Wendy’s is honestly a huge annoyance for me and ruins my lunch almost every time (because I forget I have to specifically ask no mustard at this specific location).
