Went in at 230 am . There’s nobody in line. How come my food came out like this. And I even tipped them $5 to make sure my spicy nuggets and baconator fries were fresh. My order was $8.75 so a $5 Tip is pretty decent. I just wanted hot food. Next time ill just take my business to Mc Donald’s.

If I could give a higher service score, I definitely would. Swasey and Sean are terrific. Sean always gets my special order correct. Swasey gets the award for remembering my order before I order it. AND she always sells me on something else like fries or even a frosty. This is the BEST Wendy’s in Ogden for breakfast and lunch. Crystal runs a good, tight shop here

You owe me a REAL #8. This isn’t funny ppl . And why do the fries taste like old grease? I’m sad. It’s worst I’ve had there in 7 years. I know ya got it in ya! Cuz you have for a long time. You weren’t busy. Wendy’s you got this!!!! I believe in ya’!!!

The night shift here has got to get it together. Their one saving grace is that they serve the food fresh. Every single time I come, I get up to the speaker and I hear, “CAN I HELP YOU?!”. As if I’ve interrupted something important on the other side of the speaker. Then I proceed to tell the person on the other side that I’d like a 10 piece nugget, as long as they’re fresh. But before I can finish the word nugget, I get cut off with, “WHAT SAUCE?!”, and when I order a frosty, it would be nice to know that the machine isn’t really working it’s full capacity so I don’t purchase a half-melted foamy wanna-be-frosty thing.

I go here relatively often just because I live nearby, it’s kinda hit or miss tbh. I will say as a customer service worker myself I do find their customer service skills of their staff to be lacking, they’ve never gotten my order wrong which is a big plus compared to other locations I’ve been to but I always feel like a lot of the employees at this location act like every customer is a burden and while I understand fast food as I’ve worked it and the importance of times being kept as short as possible I think it’s also important to not make the customers feel incredibly rushed. I give grace because I know it’s hard to find that balance of speed and customer service but I know so many places and other locations that do it way better

Waiting at the intercom for 5 minutes before we were even greeted. We sat at the window for 10 minutes before we even saw an employee come to the window to cash us out or bring the food. First they were super rude. When they finally came to the window it took them 5 minutes just to grab two drinks. After I left I went home to realize 5 of the only items I ordered was incorrect. So I had to go back to the store.waited 35 minutes to just get to the intercom. When they finally answered who ever was on the intercom was very rude and told us that they made it already and was refusing to remake it. Then when they finally remade it the employees was giving me dirty looks and shoved the bag to us aggressively. One of the employees was acting like they were drunk. After that they were still missing fries …. Never coming back here the night time needs to do better with the management and caring about the employees.

Cold food, stale fries and very rude workers. NEVER going to this Wendy’s again. How this place stays open or hasn’t been shut down is beyond me. DO NOT WASTE your money here until they get new workers or new management. Who serves people cold food? Do they even make fresh food here? Did I mention to workers are very rude? STAY AWAY

Went here to get food. Was going to buy some Junior Bacon cheeseburgers, but ended up getting the Meal of Misfortune. We were asked what drinks we wanted, told the lady what drinks and moved forward. Paid $36.63 for 3 Meals of Misfortune. Started to leave when my wife said that there was only 3 chicken nuggets and 3 fries, as shown in picture. No Sundaes, whatsoever. When I went in to talk to the manager about it she said” You got drinks instead of the sundaes.” My thought was isn’t ice cream more expensive than sodas. I feel that they misrepresented the Meal of Misfortune, Because I could have gone across the street to McDonald’s and got twice as much food for $36.63!

On Feb 10th around 9 930 We sat in the drive thru during a night time rush .each car took 45 mins at least. Then later while witnessing employees leaving during the rush when we get to the window to pay they hand our food to us . I hand the money to her and she actually denied us our meals cause they could not break a 100 dollar bill and she proceeded to take the food back and told us there was nothing she could do we know that the only reason she did not have the means to break the bill is cause during a rushthe manager let an employee leave then drop her till in the safe while there was a rush so she couldn’t break a 100 $ Not only was it very rude she could have asked us to pull forward helped the customers behind us then had change to break our bill but she denied us our food after being in the line 45 min waiting for our turn at the window. All the other restaurants where closed there wasn’t any where to get change. I’ve never been turned away by someone in drive thru and then say I’m sorry there isn’t anything I can do. Yeah there is! Don’t drop your till during a rush always be prepared for the possibility of it happening. And never make the guest give back there food and say well oh well I’m sorry and shrug your shoulders like sucks to be you.

Register was very brisk and rude when taking my order. There are tons of dirty tables and they’re not very busy, so I feel someone can clean up a bit. My order took 20+ minutes to finally come out, but apparently some guy took it and ran off and I didn’t even notice lol, so they remade it. I really appreciated that! They even added some extra fries to my bag which was very nice!! ❤️
