Just got a spicy chicken from the T mobile Tuesday deal. It was awful. So hard I couldn’t bite through it. Glad I didn’t pay full price. Probably won’t be back. I just threw it away. Do better for your customers! We pay your wages!

Well, I’m disappointed. The spicy chicken sandwiches have sure changed. I remember them being a large chicken breast, a full leaf of iceberg lettuce, tomato and mayo. What we got was a pressed chicken breast that appeared to be sliced as if to try and make 2-3 “patties” rather than a regular breast. Each sandwich got a small circle of tomato with a sprinkle of shredded lettuce and a tiny smear of mayo. I can see why we were the only people in the place on a Friday evening. Poor Dave Thomas would be rolling in his grave.

We ordered 2 Caramel Crunch Vanilla Frostys, same guy I order from, makes them. He makes them with Caramel and Strawberry Pop Tarts… I tell the guy. He takes them, and remakes 2 more, the EXACT SAME WAY! I say its Caramel Crunch and point at thr menu. He finally asks girl at the drive thru. She tells him how to make it. The photo is the finished result. Right ingredients, mixed, but clearly not actually mixed.

Today I visited Wendy’s and had the most amazing experience thanks to Imelda! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home . Her customer service was exceptional!
Imelda was incredibly attentive and made sure my order was perfect . She even went the extra mile to recommend some delicious menu items that I hadn’t tried before. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive!
Throughout my visit, Imelda checked in on me to ensure everything was to my liking . Her friendly demeanor and positive attitude made my dining experience truly enjoyable. It’s rare to find such dedicated and passionate employees, and Imelda is definitely one of them!
I can’t thank her enough for making my visit to Wendy’s so special. Her kindness and professionalism are truly commendable . I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to see Imelda again!

I went through the drive thru on Monday, October 17 at 11:00 pm with my 3 young daughters. When I received the order I realized that there were some things missing from my order, I had ordered some fries with sour cream and bacon and they gave me fries with cheese, also they did not give me the ketchup I had ordered for my daughters chicken nuggets. They also didn’t give me the receipt. I went through the drive thru again and I told the woman what I need it (her name is Aurora), I was very nice to her, I never raised my voice or was rude to her. But she got mad and told me that she wouldn’t give me anything, she told me that I had ordered those fries with cheese and that that’s what I had paid, I told her I didn’t know what I had paid because she did not give me the receipt. I went through the window and there was another woman at the window, I kindly asked her for the ketchup and my receipt, I didn’t even care about the fries anymore, but Aurora told the woman who was attending me at the window not to give me the item I was requesting. Then Aurora opened the window and threatened to call the police, and slammed the window in my face. I stood waiting at the window for the police to arrive, but they never came. While I was waiting, a car passed by in front of the restaurant and started taking pictures of my car (so I don’t know if she was calling the police or someone else), my daughters and I became scared and concerned for our safety, I decided to leave. In addition, this woman put a sign in the Drive thru that said: The lobby is open, some one at the window don’t want to move. It was a horrible experience, the rest of the people who worked there seemed to be nice, but Aurora would scold them if they wanted to fix my order. It was a horrible experience and I think I had every right to at least have my receipt to know what things I was charged for. I am writing this review hoping that no one goes through this terrible experience that I went through. Management seriously needs to evaluate Aurora’s employment. Very unprofessional, threatening, and scary.
