The cashier was friendly. Food was nice and hot. The cashier held the door open so I could exit the building in my power wheelchair, more easily. They dont have handicapped power door. So it really helped me out. That and the food came quickly. Even the French frys were nice and fresh and hot

The baked potatoe and mushroom burger go so well together. Sure miss that combination. This Wendy’s had been the only fast food restaurant other than the nearest Arby’s that’s consistently had good food and service over the last five years.

I was given the wrong order. I ordered two Junior bacon cheeses and got two chicken sandwiches. The drink was mostly carbonation like the soda machine was low on concentrate. I will Keep on driving next time I need a quick lunch!

Rich was the best person to get a coffee. His kindness was infectious and happy attitude was much appreciated so early in the morning! Plus I LOVE the caramel cold foam. If you’re looking for an affordable yummy coffee with great service go see Rich! He’s there to make your day great, not his

I usually go to the one on the other side of town but because it was late(9pm) and close to my apartment I decided to go to this one. I don’t typically like this location because the last time by boyfriend and I ate here we got food poisoning. should have just drove to the other side of town. When I pulled up to the drive thru I sat there for 5 mins waiting for them. Then when I got to the window the girl was wearing very long decorative nails which as a GM of my own fast casual place I know they are not food safe. She almost handed me the wrong food but caught it real fast and corrected it. I got home and was eating my chicken wrap and have several VERY hard chicken chunks in it. So hard I couldn’t even bite through them I bet it was all old chicken too if I had to guess. didn’t even finish it. Wasted $17
I do feel bad for them as their system was down but I don’t really see that as an excuse to giving people bad food

I went in at about one thirty in the morning. I tried to order something that I know used to be on their menu (I have since verified that it DID in fact used to be. They also have something very similar now, which I was not directed to), and was told it’s not on their menu. I tried to mention that it used to be, and was rather rudely told, “We have never had that on our menu.” And the fries were old. Not cold! Old fries. Overall, very low rating for their night staff.
To take it further! As we proceeded on with our meal, it became apparent that the beef patties on the burger were ALSO old (yet again, the c was left out deliberately) and showed signs of having been MICROWAVED. They were dry, crumbly, and were crisped around the edges but not in the middle, in that special way that only microwaves have with ground beef. I hope that I am wrong (and I’m not), because if I’m not, then that is ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! I will not be returning to this location anywhere near the late night hours. Good grief!

I went 2/24/2026 at 2:30 pm and the lady taking orders at the drive thru was kind of passive aggressive. She was yelling through the mic and was just not happy at all… we all have bad days but no need to take it out on me. She had tattoos on her arm

Friendly customer service and got my food quick. Can’t ask for much more than that. Food had that sharp taste when you crave something deep fried and fatty.

Don’t expect them to have or make your order correctly. I have made multiple mobile orders to then get there and have them tell me they are out of something, something’s still frozen, or they just don’t make it correctly. And then you still have to sit there for 10+ minutes waiting for the order to come out. Highly suggest a different location.
