This place is a joke. They get my order wrong AT LEAST every other time. Got a bacon and cheese potato with chives added. What did they do? Took everything off and gave me a plain potato with chives. By the time I realized, it was too late for me to drive all the way back there. When I called, their two options were to come in the next day for a replacement, or to come in with my card for a refund. Why can’t anything be done over the phone? Guy hung up on me after me asking why it could only be resolved in person.

I came to the drive through at around 6 pm on Monday February the 23rd , 2026. Food took a long time even tho I was the only one in the drive through. When I finally got my food. It was absolutely DISCUSSING!!!! the burgers were so burnt yet cold (not even slightly warm.) the Cheese was not melted at all and the fries were cold and seemed to be old. I am very disappointed with my experience tonight that me and my family were not able to eat the food we ordered. I will NOT be taking my family back here again!! It’s sad I had to throw all that food away and go back out to another place.

I did a little research and this was the first Wendy’s in Orem, longest running, and the costumer service is always great! I have found that the food here is fresher than the other Wendy’s in orem and the manager Jessica seems to take pride in her service and is always friendly. mind you there will always be the occasional employee that is new and a little overwhelmed, be patient with those employees, they are learning. Overall, best Wendy’s in Orem, I return frequently!

I usually love Wendy’s salads and they’re one of the main reasons I come here, but today (9/19) at the Orem location (#3540) I was really disappointed.
I’ve attached photos comparing this salad to one I bought just two days earlier at the Provo location(First photo). The difference is very noticeable: the Provo salad was full, fresh, and worth the price, while the Orem salad (second photo) was underfilled, mostly lettuce, and looked like it was thrown together without care.
For the same price, I shouldn’t get two completely different portions depending on which Wendy’s I go to. Customers expect consistency and quality no matter the location.
I hope management at this location takes this seriously, because this left me frustrated as a loyal Wendy’s customer who usually enjoys recommending your salads.

Food is decent when they can get your order right. I’ve been here twice now and one out of those two times they got my order wrong. The customer service is severely lacking though. It seems like none of the cashiers understand the rewards app, and you have to repeat your order multiple times before they get your meal or size correct. The cashiers also will just walk away from the register in the middle of your order or after you pay without handing you your receipt.

The only workers that I have gotten great service from are Irma and Tim. I went in there the other day and the guy said “whatchu want?” selling a bad attitude and offering worst service he forgot one of my frosties and got mad at me? Like bruh it’s not MY fault you didn’t grab both when you went back there…. I was holding up his non existent line though so that’s my bad. Next time I’ll be going where the Winds blows away from Wendy’s. Also they don’t have actual lettuce anymore just web rabbit kibble

I was waiting in line and there was a man with no uniform inside. I assume is the manager, he looked at me and spit in the trash can by the cookies. I thought that was disgusting and disturbing I lost my appetite. If he’s doing this in front of clients, imagine what else happens out here. The lady that helped me was super sweet tho!

Twice in a row, order was handed to me incomplete.
first time, they forgot an ENTIRE biggie bag. Second time, they only missed a burger, but god damn I wanted that burger. highly upsetting to not recieve the food I ordered. going to any other wendys at this point.

This was by far, the worst meal we have ever had. Meal deal for two bacon cheeseburgers, one drink, one fry, and one small drink. Food was cold, cheese not melted, bacon rubbery, pickles and buns were old. Customer service was ‘ok’ after I called out for service. We will not eat here again. We did not have time to request a remake, but had the meal been made properly, I wouldn’t have to ask.

Not super impressed with this Wendy’s – we went at 11:30 am, just wanting Frosty’s. The Frosty’s were not ready yet, so we had to wait 15 minutes. They didn’t communicate well with me during this time, I had to keep going up and asking or they probably would have forgotten my order completely. Bathrooms were closed. Pros are that the restaurant was pretty clean, and when we finally got our Frosty’s, they were delicious. Highly recommend the pumpkin spice flavor
