This place has really gone down hill. As with most of the fast food restaurants portion sizes are smaller cost is higher. Not very clean. The only thing they have going, is nice employees. They do not go the extra mile though.

The manager at this Wendy is so rude and we have been two or three other time and she is so rude and complains all the time we’re she short staffed. Complains about everything. Maybe if she was nicer she wouldn’t be short staffed all the time. I love Wendy’s but I think I will stop coming here till tge get better management.

The only reason we’ve even considered going to this Wendy’s is because it’s the only one in Tooele. Employees don’t care about food quality or customer service quality. There’s always something wrong with our orders or missing food. Employees don’t listen when expressing what’s specifically is requested to be made for our sandwiches even though it’s described in the order when placing it. All the Employees except 1 manager has the worst attitude ever. Like non of the employees want to be there and it reflects with their treatment given to paying patrons. I truly hope that anyone reads this in Tooele would back our family up In boycotting this location until changes are made to have a simple pleasant experience getting food. I don’t think that’s asking to much for fast food without a attitude and fresh and correct orders.

Got yelled at by a guy on the phone for calling to ask if the salads were back in stock and he hung up on me. I then called again and asked the same question and the same guy pretended he didnt just yell at me three seconds ago. Im ginna give him the benifit of the doubt and say he probably thought i said something else and was prank calling the first time but he could have asked me what i said to be sure.

We came for food one day and the put spicy nuggets in my littles kids meal, and by the time i noticed we were to far out of the way to go back, so when I came again I told yhem about it and they gave me a kids meal for free! It was so nice of them. I love the chicken sandwhich and the fries, chili, nuggets.
