I’ve been to this location about 5 times over the last few months, and can comfortably say they are very consistent with their quality. Every car in the drive through will add 5-10 minutes to your wait, even if you placed an order online 30 minutes ago. They forget many things, burn things, don’t make customizations correctly, and never have frosty mix properly frozen. Many have been rude or completely neglectful when I ask for sauces, cup holders, or the other odd-thing. This on top of the corporation removing many good things from the menu, upping prices consistently, and deteriorating the app and deals, solidifies a one star review.

5 star Wendy’s experience. We came to get the Krabby Patty Meals and I think this location did a good job. We dined in and the burgers were fresh and well prepared. I like the special sauce that was on it. The fries were also hot and crispy. I think the best part is the pineapple frosty. It tastes really good and refreshing. Also shout out to Brandon! He keeps the dining super clean and even brought us some napkins. Great customer service, would definitely come back to this location.

The night staff here on Wednesdays is excellent. I wish I knew their names to mention them specifically. I work late on Wednesdays and usually stop by this location after my long day. The crew is always kind and exceptionally polite and our food is always great.

one guy at wendys = great at making coffee, knows the correct sizes of the cups.
other guy at wendys = bad at coffee, also doesn’t realize there are different sizes for if it’s a coffee drink or a soda so he will give you a large instead of a medium of bad coffee. today was bad coffee day.

We’ve really enjoyed coming to this Wendy’s since we moved back to Utah. Always clean and the staff is really helpful. Never had a problem with the drink machines and I love the cushioned booths. Wendy’s Biggie Bags are the best deal in town and we love the app so we get free food once in awhile and always buy the Frosty key chain.

Edit (April 2024): I tried this location again after a break, and while I think the food quality has gone up, the service went way down. I used the app to order, and after arriving 10 minutes later in the drive through, they tell me my order has already been completed. They confirmed to me that I had ordered correctly, and in the end gave me a replacement order, but before I left they told me “Next time you need to use the system.”
I asked for clarification, and the guy kept repeating, “Were only doing this once for you, next time you need to use the system”, rudely handed me the food, and closed the window on me. I work retail so I never try to be ‘that guy’, but just fess up if you accidentally gave my order to the wrong person and make it right. The other workers here are awesome, but the current manager/supervisor seems to have a chip on his shoulder.

The cashier was nice, but the food was so bad that I can no longer recommend this location. It’s gone downhill significantly, even though other nearby Wendy’s locations seem to be doing fine.

I had to give a shoutout to this Wendy’s. I stopped by on a road trip on the way out of town with my kiddos, honestly just expecting a quick bite. Not only was the service super fast, but the staff was unusually friendly—especially the woman at the register (I can’t remember her name). She went out of her way to make sure our order was right and even gave my son an extra dipping sauce when he couldn’t decide.
The food was fresh—like, surprisingly fresh for fast food. The fries were hot and crispy, and my burger was actually stacked neatly and not just thrown together. The dining area was pretty clean, and they even had music playing that wasn’t blaring or annoying.
It just felt like everyone there actually cared. For a fast food stop, this was honestly one of the better experiences I’ve had in a long time. Definitely stopping here again next time we’re in the area.

Went through drive through at 5:20 ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich combos . Was told thier will be a wait for 1 chicken sandwich of 5 minutes. gave us 1 really old sandwich ( which I’m guessing was past the hold time ) also gave us cold old frys. Should of been made fresh seeing how we had to wait longer than 5 minutes for 1 fresh sandwich. Im guessing hold times on those are maybe 4 minutes. Also was told certain drinks were out but lobby wasn’t. Customer service from the girl working was horrible. The wait time for fresh food wasnt the problem. The problem was nothing was fresh but 1 thing we paid for! Bad customer customer service.

Employees were nice but the food was cold and the chicken nuggets tasted like they should have been tossed an hour earlier. We didn’t receive a receipt so i don’t know if Wendy’s has shrunk their large lemonades or if they misheard what size i ordered.

This location was probably one of the worst Wendy’s. I’ve been to in a while, they gave me the wrong order. And it looked like it was an order that had already been unwrapped and returned for being the wrong order,And then given to me, it looked like the burger had been sitting for a substantial amount of time and was smashed and did not look appetizing at all.
