This wendys specifically when I come in during Saturday nights have absolutely the worst workers I’ve ever seen. No acknowledgement when I go to the drive thru unless I say something. They are very rude and food takes at least 15-30 min average to wait for food. 5 min sometimes to wait for the drive thru acknowledgement.

I normally love this location but tonight, they’ve tested my patience. Not only was service slow and I had to wait a total of 15 to 20 minutes to get acknowledged and wait for my food, BUT they completely forgot to give my large fries that I ordered with my food.

$0.50 for a sauce is ridiculous. I just wanted a burger with one bbq sauce. I feel like this rule is implemented so no one takes home 5 sauces for their 4 chicken nuggets. To not allow one sauce per order though is ridiculous. I love Wendy’s and go weekly, but this will make me stop.
I get that arguably everyone has 50 cents to spend but I think Wendy’s is a big enough corporation that they should be willing to provide this service to their customers.
To solve this they should implement a different rule that limits quantity in an order before charging for extra sauce instead of forcing the customer to purchase chicken nuggets in order to get a sauce

Food is disgusting. Always slow service. Food always over cooked to the point that nuggets are overcooked and fries are bland. I would recommend driv8ng down further on 900 e to the Wendy’s by maceys. Much better food and service. They also dont take your calls here. How helpful! NOT

Went to pick up dinner tonight, they had me waiting for 20 minutes at the drive through mic with my window down in the rain. When I got my order the fries were cold and stale and my frosty toppings didn’t get mixed in. When I got home and started eating, my chicken sandwich had a piece of paper mixed in the sauces and lettuce. And they didn’t give me my receipt

I pull up to the window dude tells me hey can you hold on for a minute I said sure I sat there and sat there and then they said after I had already been sitting there for 15min tells me me hey sorry about that but I’m almost done I need you to hold on for just a few more minutes so by the time you actually came back it was like sorry about that I’m here to get your order today it’s already like 25 minutes and then he takes are order but he was arrogant and had an attitude well then he tells me at the window if I could please pull up they’re waiting on the french fries and I said sure and I pulled up I sat there another 5 minutes and then the fries with which is the reason he told us to pull up was the freeze they were cold the hamburger was called is one of the worst experiences I’ve have ever had when it comes to fast food

PEOPLE, PLEASE BE CAREFUL AT THIS LOCATION! I went there today around 10 am. Went through the drive thru. While I’m ordering my food, a man in a car with a boat attached pulls up diagonal to my car and starts taking pictures of me and my car. I put my car in park and asked him what he was doing. This man and I scuffled in the drive thru. I’m a female. I know the employees heard it, but no one came to help, no one called the police. I called the police. When I went inside, one of the employees told me that the man’s a regular, he lives back. They gave the police his description. The officer asked for the video footage, they said it’ll be ready next week. This is unacceptable!

Our first ever meal at Wendy’s. We were enticed by the TV ads of yummy burgers. The sales girl spoke so softly we couldn’t hear her. She must have been very new because she didn’t understand what I ordered, even after giving her the number off the menu and pointing to it. Hubby ordered his burger and she asked if he wanted ‘double up’. He asked how much extra cost and she said ‘I don’t know ‘ and stared at him. Hubby looked at a man behind the counter and he came over to answer the question. A simple ‘she’s new here’ would have been appropriate. She then gave us 3 bags. Hubby checked the contents and one belonged to another lady who was shaking her head in frustration. She’d obviously experienced same as us when ordering. Anyway the burger were good but the chips were not hot. I would have asked for a replacement but didn’t want the hassle of dealing with the sales girl. Our first Wendy’s experience did not meet our expectations.

Ordered mobile order. Walk in 10 mins later. Lady at counter looks at me and says “mobile order” and starts making it. Of course coffee takes 5 mins. Bro the whole point of the mobile order is to NOT have to wait
