Apparently every single ones of these is the same size….? They are all mediums.. Idk about you but they definitely look different to me.. They also messed up my chicken sandwich and gave me the wrong size fries. And trying to get their customer service is a joke, it doesn’t exist… and calling also does nothing..

26 mins in a drive thru for a frosty should be criminal. Staff was apologetic about the wait but I told the cashier to run a card for 5.22$ and paid the rest in cash. This card charges me 0.25$ every time it declines so he forgot the amount, still ran it and it declined multiple times before he asked the amount again (obviously I couldn’t run it for 5.22$ anymore cause I was charged 0.25$ everytime he ran it under the wrong amount)

i went to this wendy’s for my lunch break, right as i got to the intercom. the girl was ready to take my order. i liked how she was prepared, however! i did not like the fact that i felt very rushed to figure out what i wanted. she did not give me a second to think about what i wanted to drink, what size i wanted, etc. fast forward, i pull up to the window to pay and get my food. i paid, everything was good there , but she was very rushed even then. lastly, i guess now we gotta pay for extra sauce? $0.50 each. i thought that was crazy cause i only received one each that was free for my nuggets.

Me and my fiance went here tonight around 10:30 pm the guy who took our order told us to let him
Know when we are ready. We told him we are ready took a while to respond doesn’t have good customer service and when he gives me my change he never gave me a dang receipt. He never ask me if I want one or not. You couldn’t tell if they were open or not because it was really dark in the lobby area. And I also feel like his tone wasn’t very good. To me he seemed annoyed. And he should of told us give me a few your food will be out shortly or something I waited for Like 15 mins or so. The night crew seems like they don’t want to be there. And it wasn’t busy. It was 3 cars and a walk up person in a drive thru. It was really annoying that it feels Like they take forever on the night crew

This place is terrible. The lettuce is always soggy the tomatoes are old. They never give the accurate order details. They always skip the water bottle and if they actually remember to give you a water bottle it’s warm. Any time I door dash it takes over 30min for them to complete the order by then dashers keep reassigning. When I call they never answer. When I confront them they are disrespectful and will not take accountability. This place wasn’t this bad in the past. I don’t know if new ownership took over in the last year or couple of years but they absolutely manage this place terribly.

i just went through the drive through, they took a long time to take my order and then when i payed for my food i was missing fries and a drink. i went back around for my food and i didn’t even get my drink. terrible service i shouldn’t have to pull around thrice for my food.

Me and my daughter went to this location tonight. We ordered a couple biggie bags. We we opened less than 5 minutes after ordering. Our burgers were ice cold. The cheese wasn’t even partially melted on the burger. It was as if they just took the burgers out of a cooler. Definitely not at the correct temp they should be at. Not impressed and now we hope we don’t get sick from eating ice cold burgers

I went in for a quick break to get a water and I waited 10 minutes as these elderly ladies were in front of me. I only wanted one thing and was willing to pay. One of their employees looked at me condescendingly and said only customers only customers. She was very rude. I will never come back.

The people tonight were absolutely horrible! We go to order and the lady was extremely rude taking our order telling us one extra sauce will cost us 50 cents which is weird to me because I have spoken to the manager before that told me that they don’t charge for extra sauce unless it’s Wednesday like a month ago unless in one month they changed policy so I was like k whatever we order a large frosty extra brownie batter she gives me a kid size frosty and no reciept I told her I didn’t order this item and I ordered a small she rudely says well I charged you for a small see and prints the receipt out I said well I didn’t want a small the receipt shows she charged me for a large and gave me a small and refused to give me a large.

Zero sense of urgency. This store needs better management asap, I don’t understand what’s happening. Everytime ive come to this location the service is the slowest I have ever had anywhere, the staff seem so exhausted all of the time, and usually my orders are messed up. I genuinely hope that this location gets better management, because this is insane. I work in food and couldn’t imagine my store running like this.
