all round poor customer service, I waited forever for someone to greet me at the drive thru speaker, my order was never read back to me to confirm, i was never greeted at the window – just brought my food after waiting, then i noticed my order wasn’t correct and instead of helping fix one item, the hispanic lady at the window was very rude and unwilling to simply replace the wrong item with the correct one. Super simple job, i was kind and patient not asking for a lot just wanted some potatoes and not the sandwich i got in the 2 for 3 deal. I live down the street in lehi but i’m definitely just going to the wendy’s in AF if my family wants to eat here again.

I probably ate 30+ times at this location before since I work a block away.
As you can see in the picture their drink machine didn’t have ANY option other than sodas, so I went back to the counter and I politely asked for one of the special drinks without carbonation. I mentioned that I have a medical condition that doesn’t allow me to drink carbonated drinks and both (manager and cashier) employees still denied my request in a very unfriendly way. They wanted me to pay extra (I didn’t mind doing that) but line was already too long just to pay for the upgrade. Ended up paying for a combo with no drink. Next time I want a quick burger might just go to the McDonald’s right in front.

Been to this location for years, the same lady at the drive through is very rude and annoying. Not sure how she still has a job after how she treats people. I would go there more often but she acts so “put out” if you go there.

this is such a lovely place to hang out and eat Wendy’s. there’s an occasional creepy old man who stares but otherwise it’s a great location. all the staff are very friendly and approachable. the app almost always has amazing deals. the $5 biggie bag is a great thing to get if you want a little bit of everything at Wendy’s. it’s better to get a frosty instead of a soda though because you can dip your food in it and it elevates the whole experience.

POSITIVES: The service was fantastic! I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich from a T-Mobile Tuesday offer. The quality of this sandwich was probably the best I’ve seen, even offered at sit down restaurants. The bun wasn’t smashed, the chicken patty was large and filling. It was served hot as it was freshly made. I was in and out in about 5 minutes, including ordering take-out and waiting for the food to be made and that was with other customers in front of me!
NEGATIVES: It’s a little more pricey for fast food. Considering the price for this chicken sandwich (4.89) I would not normally order this on any given day. On the other hand, you gotta consider the quality…

Worst service I’ve seen from a fast food place. The drive through employee definitely hates her job because she was giving attitude, did not repeat what i ordered, she got it wrong and then got mad at me for getting it wrong. Fixed the mistake but didn’t refund me for what she got wrong. Didn’t give me a receipt and said they are out of paper so no proof. Just go to McDonalds across the street.

OVERVIEW – 4.75
Walked here from work, on a Tuesday during the noon hour. When I first arrived there was hardly anybody eating in the lobby. As the hour passed, the juvenile delinquents for the nearby high school started to show up. To fit them all into an unfair category, is rather undeserving, but the 15 year old boys that sat nearby, with their immaturity and language, made my experience rather unenjoyable.
LOCATION – 5
Conveniently located at the corner of the block, access is kind of complicated as there is no entrance along main street only on 850 East. Rather easy to be seen from a car.
PRICE – 5
It’s Wendy’s the price is a fast food set price. I took advantage of their 4 for $4 deal.
PRODUCT/SERVICE – 4
With the 4 for $4 deal I got a double-stack burger, fries, four chicken nuggets, and a small 20 ounce drink. It was rather filling for me. There was no cleaning of tables, as they were in their busy lunch hour, but overall the lobby looked clean, which is funny considering that it is a fast food restaurant paired with a convenience gas station store, especially taking into consideration that it is designed to look “higher class”

The employees were friendly and appeared to be wearing clean uniforms.

Went through the drive thru today and order two Jr hamburgers with ketchup and pickle and received plain jr cheeseburgers. Went through again to get it fixed and still received jr cheeseburgers.
