This location had good service and food. My second time eating here wasn’t pleasant, we had to wait for a long time for our grilled cheese and fries. My grilled cheese needed more cheese, the fries were still soft. The hicubus drink was really good.

No one in the drive through line at 3pm on a Saturday. It took these folks over 20mins to make a terrible burger and fries . C’mon Habit – you guys gotta do better. Don’t give this place your money. Just go to In n Out down the street. The fries were terrible! Over fried, super gross. The burger was disgusting. You guys have some real special people working here.

Ordered online to avoid waiting for the lunch rush.
Cashier had me wait for about 10-15 min before greeting me. Told them the name of the order and was directed to the Togo rack. Food was not there. Waited in line again and had to re-order the food and waited another 20-30min.
I would recommend any other restaurant as the service is non existent for this franchise.
Please see attached photo as a long line has formed but no cashier to help and assist with the line. This is a management issue for improper staffing for this location.
The website also needs some assistance as orders are placed but not received at the store level.

Great little burger joint! It is very clean and the service is extremely friendly. I stopped in to grab a bite to eat with my mom from out of town and the staff were very attentive. The burgers are delicious and juicy while also not being terribly expensive. I highly recommend their onion rings. I expect this place to get busier. I’ll come back soon.

It was my first time eating at The Habit, and it was a good experience. It was not crowded, and the place was clean, which are my two main expectations for any restaurant. The spicy chicken sandwich was okay. It could have used more sauce, in my opinion. The French fries were awesome. They were hot, cooked, right, and tasty. They reminded me of the French fries at my favorite burger place when I was a kid. I’ll be back, if only for the fries. Lol

Good burger place with vegetarian options and salads. Drinks, besides soda, include shakes, juices and unsweetened teas. Makes it a meal with a side of sweet potato fries. My burger, the Santa Barbara Char, came with fresh avocado – delicious!

My very first visit at The Habit Burger Grill was TASTY!! I had the Sour Dough Char Burger and will have it again on my next visit. My guest had the Club Sandwich and by the looks of him eating it, I would say it was Tasty too! The service was good at the counter, and the Mgr even came around to see how we were doing. Good Stuff! Another thing I would like to add is the bathroom was super clean. Sign of good Mgmt in my book. $21.72 for total bill. Strong Recommend 🙂

Nice and clean .. good vibe walking in.. I had the spicy chicken sandwich which at a bit of twist .. coleslaw was in my sandwich .. different but it was actually really good.. would like to come back and try something else

This is a pretty nice fast food restaurant. The food is good, the fries are okay- they lack seasoning but they’re crispy and fresh. The burgers and chicken sandwiches are really tasty but small. The food is warm, grilled when you order, so it does take a little while to get the food. We were actually given the wrong order but we didn’t want to wait so we ate what we were given and were not displeased. The restaurant is pretty well-maintained and clean, the staff are friendly. I say if you’re in the area, definitely try it out.
