The cashier, maybe the manager was awesome. My children were hoping for specific creatures for their toys. He found the ones they wanted and also brought our meal to our table. My wife and I were so impressed with the attention to detail and service. We were so happy with our experience. Thank you! I’m usually not picky about fast food, but this has to be the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life. I placed my order, and of course they didn’t include the sauce. Fine, mistakes happen, so I went back in to ask for it. Then I check my food and realize my burger is literally raw.
And to make it even better, I ordered a cinnamon roll and they handed it to me with zero frosting. They didn’t warn me, didn’t ask, didn’t say a single thing, just gave me a dry, sad cinnamon roll like that was normal.
This place seriously needs to get it together.
If I could give zero stars I would.

“A Masterclass in How Not to Run a Restaurant”
If there were a class on how to fail at basic customer service, this location could teach it. My family went through the drive-thru tonight and placed what should have been the easiest order of the day. Instead, we received a bag that was half empty, and the half we did get was made completely wrong.
My Baconator — you know, the sandwich famous for bacon and cheese — somehow arrived without cheese. The child’s meal? Nowhere to be found. We drove all the way back, food in hand, and clearly explained what went wrong. Not once. Not twice. But three times.
Their solution? Take the exact same food we had already returned, slap a cold piece of cheese on it, and hand it right back to us like we wouldn’t notice. That isn’t customer service — that’s contempt dressed up in a paper bag.
At that point, it wasn’t about the missing cheese anymore. It was about the total lack of respect, pride, and basic standards. Food safety clearly isn’t a priority here, and neither is common sense.
If management thinks this is acceptable, they should be embarrassed. We didn’t just leave disappointed — we left disgusted.

Takes super long to order, and they don’t even get the order right. They forgot the BACON on a BACONATOR, come on guys. And it was to go, so they obviously do it intentionally, cause casually it never happens, unless it’s to go. I’m definitely not returning to that location. It’s horrible

Three people working the lunch rush?!? Over 10 minutes at an empty counter just to order and longer than that to receive our food. Long line. People leaving from the line.

Waited 15 minutes until one of the workers finally noticed us. We got our food and sat down and we all took one bite and guess what. Our food was cold and all the patties were raw on the inside. We asked for replacements and they gave us new ones that were more raw and cold than the first. 1/10 never again

I question if the food can (or still will) make me sick. Chilli I ordered with onion and cheese had neither and wasn’t hot yet did have some flecks of tiny bits of cheese that I think either didn’t melt bc the chilli wasn’t hot enough or… Couldn’t melt. Either way I doubt it was added by the restaurant intentionally. My guess is it’s in the big pot. Fries were cold as we got them (I tried one right away cause I love fries). Service want too bad but not great either. I was drive thru but restaurant appeared clean from what I could see. However, I feel pretty gross out by the place. I love Wendy’s, but I might be ruined from going back and certainly not to this location.

I ordered online with someone else and when we got there we waited 10-20 minutes only to be shooed away. I Understand that hours might differ and if we weren’t able to make it in time I would accept that, but that should mean that the Wendy’s application should have that place marked closed if it was. I don’t have a lot of knowledge, and so I don’t want to slander the workers because maybe there is something I didn’t know. This was an off-putting experience However, and things were not handled with the basic professionalism that would be expected of any fast food establishment. I’m sure there can be a lot of growth and possibly I’ll return if there is noticeable change from the opinion of the people on the reviews. As of right now however I will not be return to this establishment any time in the near future.

This is going to be a very mixed review! The gentleman that took our order and served us was kind and very helpful! I could tell he was working very hard and I really appreciate him and his attitude. My concern was that the location seemed very under staffed for the amount of customers. I asked the worker if he was ok because he visibly seemed stressed. He mentioned he had worked a very long shift without many breaks.
I hope whomever manages or owns this location recognizes how hard their employees work and that they probably need to hire. I understand payroll is something all businesses manage closely but as I see it, it’s definitely at the cost of your employees wellbeing.
