I love Wendy’s. With that said I witnessed someone put used food back into the fry waiting bin and when I asked about it they all played dumb about it. Never mind the fact that the one I asked about it who did it played dumb. As much as I love Wendy’s this would be an end to my relationship with them. How do I know they are not giving me food someone else rejected. I call this a health violation.

We frequent this location and it was normally good, lately we’ve been disappointed with the quality. Tonight the burger was dry, the bacon was burnt, there was very little bourbon sauce and the bun was crunchy. Two weeks ago we ordered two chicken sandwiches and hit raw meat as we ate them, the manager told us that shouldn’t happen because they come pre cooked. We took them back as evidence and was compensated with replacements. There was no concern for our health, just replacement sandwiches and bogo coupons.

I just had the worst hamburger and cold soggy fry’s at the Layton Wendy’s on hill field road. I will never go there again!! The hamburger was dark brown and very hard on the outside. There was no doubt that it had been sitting out after it had cooked for along time. Come on Wendy’s you used to have the freshest best food of all the burger drive throughs. Get it together or close your doors!!!!!

The servers were patient with me as I decoded my order, and were understanding. My drink did get mixed up, but that isn’t a huge deal as they were pretty busy. Felt good in the environment and am satisfied with the results! Great for a quick, fast meal.

We’ve been going to this Wendy’s regularly for a few years now and, while things did get a bit rough during the pandemic, in the last few months every visit we’ve made has been exceptional. The food is always great, and the service is excellent. The manager here is easily the best manager I’ve ever interacted with at a fast food establishment. Always very warm and friendly to us.

Am I getting punked?? The last time I went through this drive thru they got our order wrong. Tonight we got everything with our combos (fries and drinks) but no burgers! Went back an hour later after my kids baseball practice showed them the receipt and explained we never got our burgers. They apologized and send us on our way with replacements. Get home and they gave us the wrong burgers. One wasn’t even a burger it was a chicken sandwich ♀️ How do you mess up this much?!?!?! Tried calling but it’s a joke – just rings and rings and then hangs up on you. Ridiculous.
