Got some chicken tenders and they were just the breaded part? All 5 were this way. Doesn’t make sense at all. Fries were soggy and cold. I really wish this location could be good cause the next closest one is like 30 minutes away.

I am from Texas and Popeyes are one of my favorite. I heard that Popeyes in Colorado are not as good as in Texas, but I still decided to try this one. It is pretty new, the employees are friendly. The store is clean and nice. The food is OK, not as crispy as in Texas, but doesn’t deserve a low score either. I would say it deserves 4.0.

Poor experiences here 3 times now… Stupid that we gave them so many chances… just always thought problems would get fixed.
The mashed potatoes “gravy” smelled and tasted like green chili…
The chicken has come undercooked 2 of the 3 poor experiences I’ve had here… 1 time biscuit was also raw. (Boyfriend and I did get sick from this and we really were under the impression it was because the place was so new and everyone was trying to figure out how everything worked… again stupid on our part to go back.)
Found some type of paper debris at bottom of rootbeer that we purchased….
The service is good but I have seen language barriers cause frustration between customers and employees.

Spent over $17 for spicy chicken sandwich, small red beans rice and small Dr. Pepper. I also ordered a apple pie which was paid for but was not included! Stop rushing and you would have not lost me as a customer!!!

I placed an order for delivery, but several items were missing from my initial order. I contacted DoorDash to have the missing items redelivered, but unfortunately, the second delivery was also incomplete.
Beyond the missing items, the food quality was underwhelming. The food lacked seasoning (there was barely any rub on the meat) and the presentation was disappointing overall. Everything looked unappetizing and poorly prepared.
I remember when this restaurant first opened, the food was excellent. However, based on my recent experience, I can no longer recommend ordering from or dining at this establishment. The decline in quality and service has been significant.

I ordered 2 pieces of chicken. It was mostly breading. I will try again next week. It sucks to be me at lunch today. If I was going to eat so much bread I should have bought pizza. Staff was EXCELLENT! place had alot of smoke in the lobby. weird..

Went through drive throwing. Missing a $9 Sandwich that I was charged for. Food was cold and chicken was far from crispy. The chicken dippers were almost rubbery. Won’t be back.

I placed an online order at this location a few days ago. I pulled up to the drive thru window as instructed. The employee opened the window, shoved my bag of food in my hands, and closed the window. Did not say a word – no hello, thank you – nothing. My food was good but the experience was a complete turn off.
Common courtesy is the minimum interaction that should occur between adults. Throughout different times in my life, I’ve worked several entry level jobs in both retail and service industry. I understand from experience that the pay is low and the employees aren’t always happy. But come on, a “hello” or a smile goes a long way to make sure customers return. And you’ll never move up to a higher paying position if you have a bad attitude!
