Honestly, I have no major problems with their food, service or atmosphere. It’s a Wendy’s and they have never messed up my order. The employees work hard so I appreciate that.
My biggest complaint is the fact they got rid of the AI order board because incompetent people don’t know how to order food.
Is end of the world? No but it was nice and efficient.
Even if people didn’t want to deal with the AI board, all they had to do is pre-order and say they were there to pick up their order. Still quick and easy.

Not good! The one time I think these guys will not mess up our order they forget my daughters BBQ for her nuggets and my burger is literally soaked in Greese. It’s smothered in it soo bad I can’t pick it up without gloves or napkins!!!
The inside is aoo cramped inside the most uncomfortable atmosphere.
The AI voice in the window is so loud it’s like being yelled at. Even with AI, they always get stuff wrong. Sheesh this place is a mess

Average Wendy’s.
Not good. Not bad.
Just blah.
The drive thru line tho ??m?
What in the automated Sam Hill is going on here ??!!??
Voice recognition automated ordering takes WAY MORE TIME to get the order right. And it often needs to be passed along to worker any way.
Definitely not with the effort.
Take the time to drive to a different Wendy’s.

Food was good, order made well, but I DO NOT like the AI order taker. Why do companies keep insisting on shoving AI down out throats? The disclaimer on the menu says it records customers voices and feed it to their algorithm too. That tanked the experience.

An AI started taking our order, then halfway through, a guy took over, and then a woman took over halfway through THAT. There were things listed on the menu that they then told us they no longer offer at all. Then they said that each sauce costs an additional 50 cents now.

One of the best Wendy’s in the valley no doubt. The AI drive-through sucks but the people inside are awesome very friendly. I make sure to order ahead on the app to get good deals and points. They’ve even given me free samples.

The food is good. The people are very nice, but the AI ordering going through drive through is negative stare. I got a combo and it was $21 because it gave me two fry’s and two drinks. No matter what it upsells. If you order it will ask you if you want more. When I shared that the AI – in each occasion I am told that you can ask for a person. Cool. I literally consider other options when I feel like a burger.

AI ordering was annoying to use and non consensual. I don’t want to get stuck In a driveway where I can’t escape where my voice is being recorded to train the ai more. Shame on yall. You have people to do the job.

I always appreciate how kind the team is when I order! Also love the chili here. It’s healthy and warm for the colder seasons.

I don’t do fast food very often but I was out with the kids all day so I decided to go to old faithful Wendy’s. The 1 star has nothing to do with the food. I have never ordered anything with A.I. before and today was a good lesson to never use such garbage tech… I only ordered 3 kids meals no substitutions or special instructions and the thing just erased my order over and over again. After a 4th repeat with no success, an employee that was obviously laughing at how stupid the thing is apologized and took my order in about 5 seconds. Seriously wendy’s… you need to stop hiring young Gen z people to run your PR department. A.I. and siri like apps have no place in a fast food setting. Epic fail. Nobody can beat the breakfast baconator but I’ll find a location that uses humans for service going forward.
