Save your money and drive to the Habit. I didn’t want to go to Saratoga to the Habit and decided to try Wendy’s since it was close and I hadn’t been in a while. I should have driven to Saratoga. Waited 10 minutes, which was fine, but the food was lukewarm, fries were not fresh, burgers lacked toppings. Employees were working hard, and it was fairly busy.
But for less $ and 100x better burgers, make the 10 minute drive to the Habit.
The pics below are the LARGE fries, and the burger I got, very little lettuce, onions and cheese, and the photo is how the burger is supposed to look. Well, we all know food never looks like the photos, but still.

I’ve gotten breakfast here twice. The first time I got sick afterwards. And the second time I had to wait 5-8 minutes for inedible, cold crap. Plus the two girls working their were on the brink of being rude, and one of them I could see had earphones in.
I’ve never had worse fast food. Just go to McDonald’s across the street, the food there is better.

I love Wendy’s and I’ve tried to give them an opportunity but they always get something wrong, this is the 8th time that I asked for extra cheese sauce and they never put like any sauce at all and i always tell them to make sure they do extra cheese sauce and they never do it. Wow! Maybe it’s the new math. We went through the drive-thru tonight. Our food order came out to a few dollars and 49 cents. The cashier asked if we wanted our change. Of course, I do. She handed my husband 36 cents. Wait! This isn’t correct. You should have given me 51 cents back. She whipped out her cell phone to use the calculator. Wow! We’d still be in line at the drive thru waiting for her to figure out how much more to give us to make it right. My husband told her never mind and drove off. I hope this is t a reflection of Utah’s education system.
Manager – please make employees take a math test (without their phone) before hiring them as cashiers.

I ordered a Cesar salad and saucy nuggets I was given my salad the salad is the size of the sauce packet now and was shocked how small it was I told the employee oh sorry ordered the large one she said that is the large they made them smaller! When I said are you serious she just told me I don’t make the choices. What!!! The saucy nuggets had no sauce at all this was horrible will not be returning the employee was Victoria I have had more then one rude encounter with her. I tried to pay cash from the kiosk once and she fought with me telling me I couldn’t till she called over a manger and they told her I could.

The workers were super nice and speed was very quick. I was the only one in the Drive-Thru and I don’t think I was at the restaurant for more than 3 minutes. The only reason it’s down the star, is because of the delivery pickup area. It is right where people are trying to pull in and it makes it very tight and difficult to get in when there is anything bigger than a small car sitting at the delivery pickup area.

Please listen to everyone else and go to literally any other fast food place. I know a Wendy’s is a Wendy’s, so expectations are always meh, but this location really tries their best to be the worst and I’m questioning my sanity for giving them so many second chances. Today there was one car ahead of me and I had placed a mobile order. Wait time? 10 minutes. Order was still missing items and I had a hair in my food. Want to eat inside? It smells like a septic tank and your shoes stick to the floor. Want help? Wait at the counter forever until the staff reluctantly acknowledge your existence. I sound like a Karen but trust me, you can do a lot better driving to city center or Saratoga Springs if you absolutely need your Wendy’s fix. Every time I go I regret it (and I’m an idiot for coming back). Never seen a place have 2 stars and thought it was high.

The WORST experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. This is the first negative review I have ever left on Google. I’ve never been this disappointed. We pulled into the drive thru tonight at about 9:15pm. We sat and waited for several minutes… no one was there to take our order. I’ve never gone to a drive-through where there was no one on the other end saying “order when you’re ready” when customers pull in! If you’re busy, say “give me a minute and I’ll be right with you.” No one acknowledged we were there! The only reason we knew they weren’t closed is because of the other cars waiting in the drive thru. We reversed and pulled up again to see if someone would come on the intercom because we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and figured maybe they didn’t know we were there. No response. Then we decided to just pull up to the window to order since they apparently they can’t handle speaking into a headset. There were three vehicles waiting in front of us, and we waited for almost 10 minutes without moving! We didn’t even get to the window to pay (or place our order). Our baby started crying so we left, went to McDonald’s, gassed up our car, and by the time we drove past again, the vehicle that was in front of us was still in the drive-through waiting for their order!! I couldn’t believe it. Unless someone inside was having a medical emergency, I can’t fathom any reason that we would just have to sit there without acknowledgment. This experience was unacceptable. Based on reviews someone had the exact same experience earlier this week too. Fire ALL the employees who work the evening shift. They are clearly incompetent and I know 7 year olds who could run this place better.

One of the worse experiences I’ve had at Wendy’s. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes when there only two cars ahead of me. I didn’t want to drive forever to another place so I waited. The line finally moved. So had to wait another 5 minutes in line to get to the window, not the worst. Then the person at the window seemed flustered, and gave me the wrong drink, which they corrected at the window. I decided to check to make sure everything was there, it was missing part of the order. Went inside to get it and the staff ignored me for several minutes. They finally got my the missing part and then I drove home. Then we discovered the hamburger ordered with “no cheese” had not just cheese, but double cheese on both sides. Why? The rest of the food was fine. But just a terrible experience. Do better Wendy’s.

The night crew is one of the most childish, unprofessional, and rude staff in have come across.
They accidentally kept my card at the drive through. I noticed this when i was already in the driveway.
I called to ask if they had it, which they said they did. I arrived to pick it up and was met with ZERO acknowledgement. After a while I was able to get someone’s attention and he said he would let someone know i was here.
I ended up waiting for 20 more minutes.
The whole entire time, the staff was belittling and bickering with each other. A manager was talking to her employee in a very unprofessional manner. Finally, I inqured a second as to where my card is. I wait another 5.
By the time I was able to get my card back,
My food was stone cold and my frosty was melted.
Worst fast food experience i have ever had. I am going to the wendys in saratoga from now on.
