We stopped at Wendy’s in PF for breakfast. The dining room was really clean, and there’s a fireplace with couches that I think really added to the ambience, it was nice to sit and have breakfast with my family. The food was hot and fresh, the customer service was great and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We had our 10 year old with us and we were there during breakfast hours, but he asked if he could have a kids meal and I thought it was really nice that they accommodated him by making him chicken nuggets and fries, I just feel like when people go the extra mile to make a kids day they should be recognized!

I frequently get food from this restaurant and I have since I was a kid. I would give the service and the atmosphere five stars but occasionally their there are staff that give me weird looks that say things about me when they think I can’t hear what they’re saying in the back room and I I wouldn’t necessarily call that professional. But otherwise love the food love the quality and it is an amazing restaurant.

The inside was very dirty…walls obviously have not been cleaned in a long time…bathroom garbage over flowing…no one at front cashier for at least five minutes until I called out! They were all in the back on their phones!
My salad was slimy and swimming in water! Hamburger was cold! Not coming here again…afraid of food poisoning after this visit!

On April 5 2024 I ordered my wife a taco salad and when we got home from out 10 minute drive she opened her salad to find a bunch of old black soggy, nasty lettuce I am very disappointed and expect someone to contact me and get me a refund on my order lettuce like this should’ve never even left the place and been served to people your employees should be disappointed for letting food go out like that….

Super conflicted about leaving this review with 1 stars. I’ve honestly never had an issue with this Wendy’s in the whole time it’s been open. The blonde woman (she seemed like a manager or supervisor), she deserves 5 stars Wendy’s… the other male who works here with shaggier hair, he’s the reason for the 1 stars. He was rushing my food out of the window. I always check for straws, sauces, etc when I get my order. I saw my chili fries were completely sideways in the bag right as he handed the bag to me and showed him. He says “yeah, they’re a little toppled over.” With the worst attitude, Like it wasn’t a big deal at all. Then I told him that I did ask for onions and showed him with the lid on. He told me super rude again with his words and his face, “yeah, there’s onions on that.” I had to physically open the lid and show him and he said he would grab onions. Then the woman showed up at the window and we were both confused. I told her I was just waiting for onions and then we were still kind of wondering so then I addressed the whole thing with her and she was just awesome in attitude and apologized and said she would just get me a new chili fry. I really appreciated her and hope the owners recognize her professionalism… and also recognize how poor this young man’s attitude was in a simple situation.

The shaggy looking male manager is rude and acts like customers are a burden to deal with. I wouldn’t waste your money at this location. They messed up mine and my daughter’s order then he argued with me instead of fixing it.

My daughter is sick and had barely eaten all day, so I wanted to treat her to her favorite fast food just to get something in her stomach before bed. We arrived at 10pm to find that the dining room was closed an hour early so we went through the drive through. Every item we received was cold, and it was extremely disappointing to see that they were serving food that had clearly been sitting for too long. This location seems to have suffered a severe drop in quality relative to the construction in the area and I want to be sympathetic but I can’t when my sick child is crying and not enjoying something that would usually be a treat because her nuggets were too hard to chew. The person at the window was polite though. edited to clarify that we did not receive a receipt for our transaction, and ate in the parking lot immediately after receiving our food, it was room temperature at best and clearly not freshly prepared.

Great place to eat! If you’re buying anything here that’s not on some kind of special deal, it’s a little pricey with the food sometimes. Otherwise, quality of food is great! The spicy chicken items, which come and go, are the absolute best in terms of taste. Bun quality on sandwiches here is very good too. Their menu focuses mostly on meal items, and less on desserts and sides like many other places. The frosty is very good as well, much like soft serve in a cup, but slightly different consistency, and both better and different flavor. This location does very well, management must be good. Or at least good enough to not mess things up often. (Spicy nuggets in picture)

We placed a mobile order for “dine in”. After waiting for a few minutes in the vehicle before heading inside, we still had a long wait to receive our order. The employees were “goofing off” in the kitchen and weren’t focused on their work. Half (3 of 6) of our meals were not made as they were ordered. No ketchup was available in the lobby. I rarely leave a bad review but, perhaps this one will help them improve their service.
