Very satisfied with our service. We came inside and ordered, didn’t have to wait at all. I believe the manager on shift took our order. She met us with a smile and very friendly. I really appreciate that. We ordered 2 steak egg cheese bagels with special requests and they followed it to the t. Thank you so much. As I’m typing this I’m eating lol our sandwiches are hot and fresh!!! By far the best McDonalds in our area

Had to wait 30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and fries.
Wait, what; oh the manager is outside smoking while the dining rooms and bathrooms are dirty.
Good thing I brought a salad for me to consume. I wouldn’t eat there. Finally when the manager came back in my friend got their meal and soon after that the same manager left the place in disarray and didn’t even bother to hand over a clean restaurant to the incoming manager.
Trash not taken out, dining room not cleaned, and bathrooms not checked. – just imagine how the kitchen was. Mr. Yuck anyone?
As a former restaurant manager, I would NEVER leave and turn over such a disgusting shift without doing my part to set up the next manager with a clean and friendly atmosphere.
I’m sorry but this guy is ruining your reputation.

I called in a female answered the phone I asked her by any chance Do you guys have the Valentine’s Day coupon books? And she was very rude and said, noooo!!! So I asked her, why would you say that to me like that? She replied because we don’t sell them, abd We don’t carry that stuff here I said, I understand you don’t normally sell them, but they’re for Valentine’s Day I’ve seen them advertised and I wanted to come by several of them

This establishment is in such a prime area to get a lot of business. But they they can not perform when it comes down to it. If you go through drive-through, wait time very between 5-15 minutes while dealing with rude employees. If you take your business inside, you will hear a lot of cussing and carrying on from the kitchen area. You are better off going directly to the self-serve kiosk because you will always stand at the register and wait until they make time for you, which may exceed 10 minutes. All in all, this is on my tip 3 no go for McDonald’s in the area. Again, it is a shame that a fast food place that should constantly be busy due to location has the worst customer service.

I don’t like eating fast food and much prefer other ways. But when I need something fast I expect it to be ready. I have ordered on the app ahead of time (knowing this one is slow) and have waited another 30 minutes for my food. Do not go here. They do not respect your time or you. The amount of times I have stood by the counter to be ignored is astounding. I really do not understand why the owner of the store just gut it out and hire competent people that actually work. It blows my mind how much more money they’d make if they also applied themselves. But that’s the trickle down effect ♂️

This is the only one that I think I gave a 5 star review for ( if memory serves me correctly) and that’s because it’s the only fast food place that deserves it the food is good and the service is not as hit and miss as the other ones now am I going to lie and say it’s like that all the time no but then again what do you expect when your getting fast food I mean yeah I know we have all grown up to expect everything with a snap of the fingers but let’s be real things happen and sometimes we can’t always get out way so for the most part this is the best place to go for fast food

This McDonald’s is the cleanest I’ve ever seen and I’ve been all over the country. The staff is so polite no matter how busy. They all deserve raises they don’t get t paid enough and that woman district manager needs to recognize the talent they have. They all deserve raises and promotions and deserve her job much more. So she needs to get these beautiful people raises like yesterday

Waited at the second window for 10 minutes before getting my food. Then I take a bite out of the sandwich and see a hair sticking out. This is absolutely disgusting. This is why restaurants should require employees to wear hairnets. I don’t understand why they don’t when they are handling food. Everyone’s hair falls out, lands on their shirt and then falls off eventually. Looks like this person’s hair just so happened to land in my sandwich. I know it’s just fast food but come on, had I not looked down at the sandwich I would’ve taken another bite and had someones hair in my mouth. I feel disgusted!
