Unfortunately all the food chains including Wendys must find a way to increase profits to their shareholders which in reality means serving an inferior product to their customers who pay a much higher price for a much smaller portion of food, this is the industry standard and the menus that you choose your items from look much better than the products that you receive in your bag, I still eat there on occasion even though I know that fast food can be some of the most unhealthy food a person can eat so I understand this and use them out of convenience when I’ve had a busy day in Coeur d’Alene and do not want to go home and cook a meal for my family

We had such a good experience dining here! The cashier was so friendly and I noticed that he treated all the other customers that came in with the same friendliness and respect. Another staff member who was cleaning the windows greeted us and asked us about our meal. Our food came out quickly and my kids and I loved it. Very clean environment too. We will be coming back again.

I go here mainly for the very large selection of fountain drinks. They have 10 zero sugar drinks that I can’t find anywhere else. I do like the Dave’s single with cheese and the chicken nuggets and have always found them fresh and tasty. I will also say I have never had bad service here in the last 3 years of going here.

The chicken Asiago used to be my favorite.. but now the prices are higher and quality has gone down. Use to be a nice chicken patty now its a flat piece of junk. The fries were also soggy. We used to go here all the time. Now I’m going back to KFC for my chicken sandwich..sorry. Used to be good here. Well tried again yesterday…we will never go back…waste of money..1st 2 pictures are 8 months ago..next 2 were yesterday..no changes..couldn’t even tell us which soda was rootbeer..he said..I have no idea..

I have to admit that I haven’t eaten at Wendy’s for many years but today I was the driver for an outing and we stopped by Wendy’s. I forgot about their menu and their yummy chicken nuggets. They are so tender, not extra crunchy like others. Everyone really enjoyed their meals and the Tangerine Twist Lemonade was a great surprise. Good stuff!

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a Wendy’s!!!!!!!! I came through the drive-thru and got the wrong food and my sprite had no syrup. So I go inside to swap out my food and get a new drink. The food I did get was crap, the fries were way over done and then I got a new drink but really it was the SAME Sprite with no flavor, I may as well have thrown my money in the garbage because that is where all my food went!!! I want my my money back and to never come back again!!!!!

I stopped in today just because it was here and I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Staff was nice, lobby was clean, food was good and for the first time that can recall, it almost looked exactly like the picture.
