This location is just weird… I dined in with my kiddo and while it was clean. The staff were so stand offish. There were tons of them but getting someone to talk to you was difficult. I had to wait like 5mins to get someone’s attention and asked for a sauce for my kid’s meal and I was snapped at “Sauce is 50 cents!” And I said… “Oh… even just 1 mustard?” They looked at me like I was crazy then said, “Sorry” and stopped off. I just needed one sauce. Kid is allergic to ketchup so couldn’t use the dispenser for extra sauce.
When I go through the drive-thru I can get one when I am at the window.
So won’t be going inside again I guess. Or to this location. Food was fresh at least. As I would hope since I waited like 15min in a dead dining room and not too busy drive thru I could see. So many staff… so slow and messy with the actual food.

I’ve always been a fan of Wendy’s but this specific location has failed to give me my whole order not once but at least 3 times. The last 2 times I’ve went I ordered the biggie bag because my husband is all about deals so he shares that with my daughter. Both time they haven’t given us the nuggets or fries that come with the order. Mind you those chicken nuggets are for my daughter. Luckily I always have back up food options because we only go out for a special treat but not only do we wait in the drive thru for 20min each time but to not have all of our food is horrible service

Best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The people were really nice and personable. The food was fresh, good and affordable for a big family. The restaurant was nice and clean. Charlie was amazing. She took our order right away. She didn’t ignore us for a minute unlike some people at some places, cough-mcdonalds-cough. She is the reason I gave this Wendy’s a 5*. Keep up the great work. ❤️ U Charlie!

The staff were friendly and the dining area was nice and clean. Chicken sandwiches weren’t terrible, just ok. Fries were really old, cold, and stale. For almost $30 for two people it just isn’t worth it anymore.

Every time I visit this location I go through the drive-thru. 50% of the time they asked me to pull around to the front and sit in the parking lot and wait for one sandwich. I’m not really not about pulling around and waiting but most of the time they forget something on my order and there’s no one in line behind me that would require me to pull around to the front.
I think I’m just sick of going into this location and getting a portion of my order. Being asked to pull around to the front. Makes sense if it’s a busy line but when no one’s in line behind me, it’s a recipe for disaster

Terribly slow. The coke machine in the lobby tasted like it was dispersing half the syrup it should. 5 or 6 employees in the back but still had to wait and call “excuse me!” several times for help to get sauce or refills.

I do feel bad for the young girl working the window tonight. She was fighting for her life and seemed overwhelmed. Older woman that must have been the supervisor was super rude and snappy at her when she asked questions. Only thing in our meal that was correct was my son’s kids meal. I mean it’s pretty hard to mess up 4 chicken nuggets and French fries. I guess no mayo meant no bacon on my burger. Plain meant ketchup on my husbands burger. Gave us plain for spicy nuggets so we had to ask for those. Got home and it was supposed to be a nugget meal. They did not give him his fries for that meal. Had to ask for them to give us the frosty we ordered. I don’t know what set their night off so bad but hopefully they can get it together.

Had a salad and chicken bacon burger. The size was big on both and was fresh and good. Very efficient as staff, even though they were unable to take credit cards that day, cash only. It was handled like pros.
